The location is perfect. However, you may need to go up or down stairs(3 level) by yourselves with your heavy luggage. It depends on the staff who wait for you. The bathroom is so close to the toilet so that it is difficult to shower in the small space. However there is a bathroom for everyone on the floor. The key didn’t work properly so that it took a lot time to enter into the room. While the staff required us to leave the key whenever we go out, sometimes there weren’t any staff in the reception. So we couldn’t get the room key.

What a terrible experience. The room was absolutely filthy when I first arrived. The walls have not been cleaned or painted for years. There was dust on every single surface I touched so I could not stop sneezing. When I had already processed that part, I went to have a shower only to realise there wasn't any hot water. I went to reception and was told to leave the water running for 15 minutes to see if it would come out hot. I literally had to wait for 20 minutes (water being wasted unfortunately) to be able to have a shower with lukewarm water, it wasn't even hot. This was a waste of money and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone I know. It is better to stay in Mestre and get to Venice by bus in 10 minutes than booking a cheap and filthy hotel in the island itself like this one.

Really good for a night stay. Centre of the city. Room size is small and not sound proof.

Забронировала случайно не посмотрев отзывы и фото. Кошмарный отель, не рекомендую. Завтрак никакой - просто круассан, хлеб и джем и напитки. Только местоположение хорошее.

Hôtel super bien placé mais les chambres sont humides, les installations vieillottes. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil surtout l'emplacement. Petit déjeuner basique.

酒店位置離Rinalto橋和聖馬可廣場很近，早餐簡單定食，最不可以接受的是淋浴條件極差，幾乎沒有空間，與坐便器共用空間極其狹窄，這一點對於旅行者極不方便。還碰到鄰居住家可能精神狀態不佳的人用石頭5-6次擊石酒店窗户遮陽簾，投訴房間裏手機的聲音吵到她，晚上十點前的事情。

Very central location however the hotel room was very small, our toilet was inside our shower and full of flies. We paid for breakfast and one of our days the breakfast area was empty we waited over an hour but no one turned up and there was no food left out (this was at 7:30 when breakfast starts). Very disappointed would not stay here again.

My 18 yr old daughter had a very disappointing experience. After the first night she had to check out because they had bed bugs in their room. She obviously reported this to the management and asked for a refund as they had booked for a few days. Hotel Canada said she would receive the refund but one month later, she’s received nothing from them.

Very central location, a short walk to the Rialto Bridge. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Double bed and ensuite. Plenty of spare blankets and pillows in the room should they be required. Heating/aircon and TV. It is a 2 Star so don't expect 5 star. But value for money and location, very impressed. It was clean and beds made every day. A few toiletries available. Breakfast was a fresh croissant/rolls and jam/butter with jug of hot coffee. Perfect start. There are 3 flights of stairs to get to reception.

Fabulous little hotel. Clean and Quiet in the middle of Venice Close to All the shops and Attractions. Staff friendly and helpful Breakfast was perfect with croissant rolls jam and lots of coffee !!
