There is no-where on this site that says you have to climb 4 flights of stairs (39 steps we counted) to get to the reception and first floor for bedrooms. I specifically reached out to the property (told me this was not a hotel although it states here it is a Hotel, they said it is just a place offering rooms) and told them my husband had a disability and struggled with stairs - they did not advise us of the situation with stairs otherwise we would have got accommodation else where - don't like being told lies. There is no Concierge service. When we arrived, took us some time to find the place as the pictures on the website did not reflect the dark ally way you have to enter accommodation. We had to put in a pin and carry all our luggage to the room ourselves. Also I had to go back to accommodation at 3pm, there was no-one there. Our window looked out into a wall and around 6am it got very noisy, also on site says soundproofing - not true. Rooms don't reflect the photos, our room had stains on the carpet and shower only points in one direction and floods the floor, also bathroom maybe clean but doesn't look it. There is no breakfast available or anywhere nearby that we could find to get breakfast - had to go to St Mark's Square. There is no mirror in the bedroom and in the bathroom there is a mirror with tiny shelf. The hotel is smelly, you can smell dampness as soon as you go in. There were 2 air fresheners plugged in our room, to cover the smell but I had to remove them as it made my Asthma worse. The TV is tiny and only shows Italian TV, most places I have stayed around Europe at least offers an English channel. When I went to check in the next morning, the man behind the desk gave me a map then a family turned up and he ignored me and started talking to the family. After 5 mins I decided to go back to my room, how rude.

Really looked after well, as it's small, we got lot of attention from Luca. He gave lots of tips daily on how to get around, where to get cheaper meals, central location meant when we felt tired in late afternoons, we could come for a rest and then head off again to explore. Rooms were cleaned daily, new towels supplied. We got a kettle as we asked for it. Day before we left for Lake Garda, Luca checked train schedule, printed timetable for us which made it easy to plan the day. On day of arrival we found it hard to find the Block, as soon as you see Hotel Saturnia on Calle Large, opp. is a narrow street, 1st side building, you will see numbered door bell where you punch code given by Hotel in advance. They even offered on departure if we wish to leave our bags at Hotel until we were ready to leave Venice. It wasn't a Grand Hotel, 1 flight of stairs, but the location and personal attention we received was well worth it.

Stanza in una palazzina in pieno centro,pulita e carina con bagno in camera.Bottiglietta d' acqua gratuita ogni giorno , macchinetta in camera con caffè e the . Il sig. Elvise alla reception una persona deliziosa che ci ha accolto con una gentilezza che ormai è raro trovare; ha esaudito qualsiasi nostra richiesta. Grazie torneremo sicuramente.

Abbiamo alloggiato 4 giorni io e il mio ragazzo in questo hotel. L unica nota positiva è la posizione della struttura e le due bottigliette di acqua omaggio al giorno. Le note negative sono:letto scomodo, cuscino scomodo, letto che si divide in due, tv non funzionante e pulizia. Sotto il letto c’era polvere ovunque. Il primo giorno mi sono infortunata alla mano, ma per sbaglio ho sporcato le lenzuola di sangue, per gli altri restanti 3 giorni abbiamo avuto le stesse lenzuola senza cenno di cambiarle. Solo per la posizione do 2 stelle.

Camere carine pulito caffè ed acqua in camera posizione eccezionale!!!! Personale gentile disponibile. Ci sono due piani di scale ma fattibili credo che per chi in bassa stagione non voglia spendere molto sia un buon compromesso

La cama se desarmó al sentarme. Llamé a recepción y no tienen solución hasta el día siguiente a las 10 am. Es más, me contestan que normalmente se salen 2 o 3 palos. Pésima atención. Hotel bien ubicado pero lleno de zancudos. No funciona el aire acondicionado.
