Location is great, close to the Accademia and near 2 vaporetto stops but still quiet. Room was fine - if anything, slightly larger than the Venetian average. The breakfast room was uncomfortably crowded.

+ perfect location + good refurbished room + friendly staff + delicious breakfast + friendly to dogs (for my small dog no extra cost 🤩) = Everything great!!!👍🏼

BE AWARE AND CHECK FOR BED BUGS This hotel was good only for the location. We found bed bugs, and bed bug stains in the first room that we were given. Thank god that we checked our room prior to sleeping there. The hotel staff then moved us to a smaller room without a view, and were extremely short and dismissive with us. We contacted Trip.com about our experience and they were not able to get us any form of partial refund or compensation from the hotel. After some back and forth with them we were given $70.

Excellent experience. Very near to the most of Venice sightseeings. Hospitable quiet and clean environment. Value for money. Highly recommended

hotel facilities are a bit old and worn out they have a cleaning service every day but I don't think they clean the bed cover and the carpets (flooring) every day the location is really good as it's near to the pier of the water bus linking to the tourist attractions I had a stay with breakfast included, however, the hotel did not have sufficient seats that I have to wait for seats and the food is not enough for everybody that one time, I have almost nothing to eat (it operates 7-10 am and I arrived there 930am that time)

Wonderful location

Our stay there was for 2 nights. We booked triple room but they gave us double stating that our room is same up-to triple that wasn’t good for us. Overall hotel is in good Location & enough clean inside. Breakfast was ok Hotel doesn’t provide any water or coffee amenities so better buy water ahead .

ロケーションとして、駅からは遠い。ヴェネツィアは階段が多いので荷物が多ければ歩いて行くのは困難です。 フェリーを使うことになるでしょう。 しかし、それ以外はパーフェクトです。 アカデミア橋に近く、サンマルコ広場にも歩いて10分ほど。従業員の態度も良く、エレベーターや、ロビーもあります。朝食も、値段を考えれば充分な質です。 またヴェネツィアに来ることがあれば利用したいです。

歴史あるホテルですが、お部屋も広く、バスルームもきれいで、アメニティなども揃っていて、朝ごはんは最高でした！ アクセスも街中にあり、色々周りやすいです。 宿泊の日お湯のトラブルがあったのでマイナス1ですが、とても安心して宿泊できるホテルです。

Отель очень удобно расположен рядом с Гранд каналом и окраиной островной части Венеции. Рядом можно было взять экскурсию на острова Мурано Бурано. Рядом остановки вапоретто. Очень чисто, приветливые работники отеля, готовые всегда ответить на твои вопросы и помочь. С удовольствием остановлюсь ещё раз

Отель хороший, есть лифт, напротив рецепшена бар, на улице зона для отдыха. Кровати хорошие, номера чистые. Из моментов, заселяют только точно по времени, но можно оставить вещи и подождать или прогуляться. Думаю для Венеции хороший вариант.

Quarto confortável, com excelente localização. Café da manhã muito gostoso. Atendeu todas nossas expectativas.

Foi uma estadia muito agradável. Para um hotel 3 estrelas é muito bom! Empregadas do pequeno almoço um pouco antipaticas
