Great hotel at a great price! Air conditioning was amazing! One of our most comfortable stays in all of Europe. Very close to the bus station & a short ride into Venice! A small parking lot in the back, very kind employee helped us park!

For the price the hotel was amazing! The only downside was that the shower door didn't cloose completly but we didnt really mind. The breakfast had a lot of fresh food and good coffe. The rooms was small but spotless. The towels and bedding were clean. Pillows were nice thick and big. AC and minifridge were working normal. I also found the provided soap and shampoo very nice and not drying. The staff is really nice an acomodating even after you check out. The parking was small, with a really narow entry but it was included in the price.

The room is fine. The breakfast is fine too. The location is perfext as it is a 5 minutes walk to the bus/tram station bringing you to Venice. There is also plenty of restaurants within 10 minutes walk.

Lovely place...near to a lot of places....the only thing needs to be improved is thr breakfast....was good ...but needs more options!!the rest was perfect!!!And tks for the guy let me to park outside in his spot!!!Helps a lot!!

This hotel has easy access to VCE. Hop on bus 15 right across the street. Room was clean, and spacious. It is very well kept, and the young man at the front desk was very helpful at check-in. BUT the bed was super uncomfortable. Also the a/c wasn't working, they had a portable one in the room. I chose to sleep with windows open which was fine, except main road was busy and loud. Person at front desk in the morning, saw me in elevator with luggage, said good morning and went off to have a cigarette and chat with his female friend. Didn't ask if I was checking out. So, I waited in the lobby until he was done. Not professional at all. I had a bus to catch and didn't want to wait. He asked me to write a review so here it is. Free breakfast looked great and was acailable at 7:30am. Unfortunately I had an 8am bus so didn't eat. If the room was $60-70€ woukd have been fine, but at 105€, not worth the price. I did enjoy wandering through Fort Marghera area and found a piazza that had several restaurants and interesting architecture and history.
