Litet hotell, rummen är små men mysiga. Sängen var bara kort, benen hängde ner))) de erbjöd en gratis liten frukost. Läget är bra: 10 minuter till torget, 11-12 minuter till Realtobron (det finns också en Vaparetto-båthållplats).

Receptionen är mycket trevlig, men priset är för dyrt och allt är gammalt

Allt var perfekt, värden var mycket snäll och mycket uppmärksam!

少し離れたところにありますが、中心地へ移動する分には何の問題もなかったです！部屋は写真で見た通りの少し薄暗く埃かぶっているところもありますがスタッフのサービスは素敵でした！値段もリーズナブルでまた機会があれば利用したいです

E’ andato tutto bene

Just stayed at this little hotel for 4 nights and have to say its just lovely! We had a huge room decorated in Venetian style on the 1st floor. It was clean and had a little bathroom, storage space, fridge, a coffee machine and a free safe and was cleaned every day. It's in a great location, less than 10 mins from St Marks Square, has a few local restaurants/cafes/bars within 2 mins walk. It is very quiet at night so had great sleep. Booked through Easyjet room only but the manager is so obliging he offers everyone staying a free continental breakfast. You are given keys and an access code for the doors so you can come and go as you please. On our last day we were able to leave our luggage without a charge and he let us sit in the breakfast room to cool off, let us use the WC and even offered us a free coffee...what more could you ask? Brilliant service...thank you. If we ever come to Venice again we would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for 2 nights and couldn’t fault it. The receptionist was very helpful providing an extra pillow and recommending places to eat! One of those places were next door Osteria Alla Staffa (must try). The bed was comfy with memory foam mattress and very clean. Not sure about the negative reviews on here as couldn’t fault this hotel for the price compared to others in Venice! Location is also very central and everything is within walking distance!

I don't know why the toilet room has a sink problem like an easy overflow leading to the down-floor room leakage water. They did not tell or warn us. When we clean the shoe footprints the problem was happening. After that, the next day morning, the owner and his staff need to check our room seriously and annoy us about how much water was put in the sink pipe. How stupid owner be? 1. Why this is our problem? 2. Why toilet room sink pipe was not for drainage water? This totally block our trip and we were very upset that Venice has this service hotel.

The picture clearly show that it is a drainage hole. But it has water leakage. Everyone knows that water leakage problems is NOT a day to cause it. However, the owner said that we made it water leakage and yelled on us. Do NOT give any money on this hotel.

A lovely hotel in a quiet area, yet only a few minutes walk to all the sights. I had a few queries before visiting which were answered very quickly via email. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The man on the reception desk had an encyclopaedic knowledge of Venice and all her sights and places to eat. He was also very interested in our experiences of his recommendations on our return. The room was clean and comfortable. A small fridge was provided as well as a bottle of water. Top tip: keep the bottle and refill from the water fountain around the corner. The location is excellent. It is wonderful sitting having breakfast in a café nearby, listening to the swifts calling overhead in the cool morning air. Breakfast was provided but we declined as we wanted to be up and out early. You need to provide payment card details so any damage can be paid for but this is fairly standard. It is communicated on the website. Also a city tax is payable but this is very small in comparison to city taxes elsewhere in the world. I don’t know why people are still surprised by these things. I can only think that they don’t research. To the staff: Thank you for making my daughter and I feel so welcome and making our room up to our needs. We really enjoyed our time in Venice and when I return with the rest of the family in the future your hotel will be our first choice.

a lovely little place to stay ,,the receptionist stephano was an absolute gentleman who couldnt do enough for us,,he was so polite and a genuine assett to the hotel,,,our room was a double room alothough it being really small it was very clean and a very comfortable bed and great pillows,,,the bathroom is spotless although the sheets and towels are all changed every 4 days ,,,maybe every 2 would be better..however we really enjoyed our stay and its in a excellent location for great bars and cafes ,,,absolutly amazing thanks stephano you made our stay fantastic

Posizione perfetta per visitare Venezia. 10' da p.za s. Marco, 30' dalla stazione, 10' dalla partenza dei vaporetti x le isole. Ottimo servizio x deposito bagaglio. Camere pulite. Colazione semplice ma completa. Addetto alla reception gentilissimo, anche nel fornire indicazioni per le visite e per i ristoranti tipici. Grazie di tutto. Rosanna ed Ennio

Здравствуйте с отелем произошла очень неприятная история. Забронировали два номера на четыре человека. Так как приезд в Венецию был ранний специально забронировали дополнительные сутки, чтобы можно было заселиться пораньше. В итоге на кануне приезда в Венецию отель сообщает, что заселяет только с 15:00 до 19:00 и в другое время нас заселять не будут. В итоге после долгих переговоров с отелем по поводу заселения или возврата денег за номер отель ни на какие уступки не пошел. Раньше при оплаченных сутках заселять не стали и оплату хотя бы за те сутки, что пропали из-за того, что они нас не заселили, так же не вернули. В итоге пришлось забронировать другой отель, чтобы по приезду была возможность заселиться и отдохнуть после перелета. А в этот отель пришлось ехать заселяться на сутки позже и то из-за того, что он уже был оплачен. Так бы мы уже не поехали в этот отель с таким ужасным отношением к клиентам. И сам отель полностью разочаровал со всем не соответствует описанию и фото. Грязно и не уютно в не , мебель вся очень старая. Если не хотите себе испортить отдых в Венецию ни в коем случае не бронируйте этот отель. Собственные нервы и деньги дороже, чем этот ужасный и со всем не клиентоориентированный отель. Сколько путешествуем по миру, первый раз с таким столкнулись.
