This hotel is a pit! One of the worst we have ever stayed in. It may have been nice 40 years ago, but doesn't look like it has had any maintenance since then. There was black mold in the shower, peeling plaster, no A/C and the room was so small you could hardly turn around in it. The one lamp in the room can only be turned on by plugging it in. The breakfast was terrible. The only reason we stayed here was that we had an early flight out in the morning and we were too tired to find another hotel. I will say that the check in host was very friendly once we located her, but when we left the host didn't speak enough English so that she could understand our complaints.

I don't advice this hôtel. too much noise with the room beside, the matériel in the bath room rusted, no restaurant and I don't talk about the breakfast where the hôtel people begin to prépare when the customers are in the breakfast room. The breakfast is not good with frozen croissants..no choice etc... I don't recommand this hôtel....

Last minute booking for my ant. I call Villa Sara, ask them one room,one night. This friendly person, automatic help me for my ant who’s waiting already in the airport. Pic her up in no time. What a service. Thank you

Hotel Villa Sara Review - Trip Advisor - 13/8/23 After BA cancelled our flight back to the UK last minute, we had to scramble to get 2 additional nights’ accommodation near Venice Airport while we waited for the next available flight. Our requirements were simple: - near the airport - not too expensive - had a restaurant onsite - had an outdoor pool And could accommodate a family of 4 at very short notice in the middle of the busy August season. Hotel Villa Sara was perfect... and in the end, the family agreed our 2 night emergency accommodation was actually the surprise highlight of our week in Italy! - The pool was at a delicious temperature and not too crowded. - There were plenty of sunbeds and parasols - The poolside music was at a pleasant volume (and we appreciated the 90s vibe rather than the banging Euro-pop we'd been tortured with the rest of the trip) - The pool side bar and snacks were varied and tasty - the local IPA was great! - The dinner in the evening was a real treat - the fresh fettuccini carbonara was one of the best I have tested. The hotel itself is inside an old villa - and it is 3 star and not trying to be modern or corporate and shiny. We enjoyed the rustic charm of closing the shutters at night! The rooms are comfy and have everything you might need - a mini fridge, air con (ours worked fine), tea/coffee. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful and, as a result, our BA flight disaster was turned into a fun, relaxing extra 2-day treat! Thanks for your incompetence BA… We would not have discovered Hotel Villa Sara without you!

Quando si prenota un hotel a 3 stelle le cose basilari ci devono essere, ho prenotato due camere di hotel eravamo due coppie quindi camera matrimoniali con letto matrimoniale e cosa troviamo,? Due letti singoli con due materassi singoli messi uno vicino all'altro con una testata matrimoniale appoggiata. Poi il frigo doveva essere messo in funzione e con almeno una bottiglia d'acqua dentro Invece no, al arrivo il receptionista ci da quattro bottigliette giusto per dirci benvenuto. Poi la cosa più scandalosa erano le luci alla testa del letto che non avevano né lampadina e con i connettori di collegamenti elettrici a vista che uno per sbaglio le tocca e poi ci lascia la pelle questo in tutto e due le camere. I giorni del nostro soggiorno erano freddi e pioveva le temperature in torno a 17-19 gradi e quindi le camere erano fredde, vado alla reception e chiedo se si poteva accendere il riscaldamento nelle camere e la risposta era che non era possibile perché non funzionava la caldaia. Poi la cosa più terribile erano i insetti o che si trattavano al letto insetti che saltavano da una parte al altro. Non so come voi riusciate a tenere tre stelle, . Allego foto.

Personale super accogliente, piscina pulita e ad un passo dal centro di Mestre. Camere pulite e munite di tutto ciò di cui puoi aver bisogno… ottimo per le famiglie con bambini, oppure per una fuga di coppia. Se cercate un posticino tranquillo è il posto giusto

Posto davvero davvero bello, piscina bella pulita, bar eccellente, molto cordiali, reception molto ben organizzata. Personale solare. Camere molto belle con tutti i servizi di cui si ha bisogno, armadio capiente nonostante siamo in tre in camera.

Buongiorno a tutti mi chiamo Irene e sono una finalista di Miss Little princes e siamo qua per la stupenda Finale ringrazio di cuore questo eccellente Hotel, molto nello piscina fantastica ambiente ottimo è molto accogliente personale eccellente !!!!!
