I had the pleasure of staying in this hotel for 3 nights during a recent 10 day holiday in Italy. We stayed in a triple room which was not large but perfectly adequate for us. The bed was very comfortable and the room quiet. The breakfast did not have a huge choice but we were perfectly satisfied with what was on offer. If you’re hoping for a big cooked breakfast then this is not the hotel for you but very few hotels in the area would give you this. It was only a 5-10 minute walk from the bus station and we found it really easy to find. The area around the hotel is very quiet with no passing tourism but within 5 minutes you can be in the thick of it if you want. The staff were all very friendly. If I found myself in Venice again I would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to my friends. We found that booking directly with the hotel on their website offered the best price.

Lovely traditional family-run hotel in a great spot near the bus and train stations, but with a totally historic feel. Great welcome and lovely service, including a helpful explanation of routes around the city. The breakfast is unhurried with a good range of options including the homemade torta della casa. Decor is beautiful in a traditional style, and the bathroom was a good size. Air-con works well. Highly recommended.

We were warmly greeted on arrival and the host gave us an overview of the city and some tips on vaparettos and nice places to eat. Clean, warm and comfortable. Free wifi. Convenient for the train station. Would happily stay here again. Be mindful when booking though that although Venice is compact, it can take a good 30 mins to get to St Marks Square via either the Rialto or Academia bridges. If you’re time in the city is short, you may prefer to base closer to St Marks.

This is a good budget hotel, the lady at the counter was very helpful. Google maps does not work well in Venice. This hotel is a 20min walk from Venezia Santa Lucia and 3 bridges are to be crossed. So if I like me you have a lot of luggage look for a taxi, I would not recommend walking. I would recommend get the location from owner, he was very prompt and shared it in minutes of me calling him. I would suggest the owners update the GPS location on google map.

It's always nice when you arrive at a hotel and have that warm welcoming feeling, which is exactly how we felt, which stayed with us throughout our stay. We actually arrived a little early but the lady accomodated us with a friendly smile. The hotel is in a convenient location just a few minutes walk from the railway station, buses and waterbuses which are a splendid way to get around the city and to other islands like Murano and Burano. There are also plenty of good restaurants nearby for various budgets. We had breakfast daily which is very inexpensive and needless to say we were welcomed with a friendly smile. Our room was located upstairs which you access outside by a pleasant shaded courtyard . The room had all the usual attributes of safe, refrigerator with cool drinks etc and a nice shower room with bidet and toiletries. We had a pleasant few days there with some fond memories.

I traveled with a group of students. They loved this quaint & quiet hotel, as did the professors! We were greeted with the most organized and speedy check-in. Rooms, breakfast, and location were lovely. I highly recommend this hotel for couples & student groups.

Moved here at the last minute when my original accommodation turned out to be less than desirable. Friendly staff and spacious and immaculately clean room. Quiet yet central location. Can be a bit tricky to find but use the link from their site and you will be ok. Would definitely stay here again.

Really nice small hotel in the center of Venice. Attentive, warm and kind staff. We loved it. Great value for the price. The breakfast was okay, the staff was helpful and everything in Venice in walking distance. We even got a huge breakfast box into our room the day before our departure, for the last day, since we had an early flight.
