It's my first time in Venice. I felt so lucky when I got this hotel. It's so incredible. The hotel has a historical story, which is located in the center of Venice. Its service is good and welcoming. It's too convenient for enjoying the breathtaking scenery around there.

The location is good. The room was on the forth floor so the walk up can be exhausting. Breakfast was included but it was so so. Some rooms have no view at all. Luckily our room has a lot of windows.

The hotel is very convenient to all restaurants and easy access to all transportation port The room is clean and with air conditioning. The hotel staff is very helpful and helped us to carry the luggage upstair However, we call the front desk but always busy tone
