Superb hotel and the best customer service. Special mention to the two ladies on reception who go the extra mile to make our stay extra special for my wife’s birthday. 10/10

Very close to ferry station walk just 1minute and arrived at my hotel

Very convenient location, Sant'Angelo vaporetto stop is right outside. Hotel is walking distance to Piazza San Marco. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Great location, good staffs

I totally do not recommend this hotel. The hotel displays as 4 stars hotel but he does not meet the standards! bad smell, musty smell and neglected. All the photos in the website are fake - I compared it with other 4 stars hotels in the same area and it is not And it doesn't come close to their level.

The staff were very accommodating to our needs. We had a late arrival and we arranged for our luggage we stored at airport coordinate and deliver to the hotel. Love it was on Grand canal and easy water taxi access.

Отель очень понравился ! Свежий красивый ремонт , уютные номера со всем необходимым и хорошей системой кондиционирования, кофемашиной, и сейфом . Халаты и уютные тапочки тоже были в номере . Санузел с новой сантехникой и необходимыми принадлежностями: от беде до кондиционера для волос .мы запрашивали номер с двумя отдельными кроватями и были приятно удивлены, что их размер был не односпальным , а полутора спальным. Месторасположение отеля отличное ! Все главные достопримечательности в пешей доступности. . Отель стоит на Гранд-канале в 5 метрах от остановки водных трамваев . А во внутреннем зеленом дворике приятно посидеть , выпив чашечку кофе или бокал апероля. Персонал очень дружелюбен и приветлив . Понравилось в отеле все !
