The hotel staff were very sweet, informative and helpful. The hotel is nice, many toiletries are provided and breakfast was fine as well. Just understand that Venice in general is difficult to navigate with a heavy suitcase. You will need your phone to help you navigate through Venice but I would stay here again. The hotel staff provided maps and explained the area very well while asking questions to gauge my interest.

I think the place is pretty worn out. I think the hotel could at least repaint the doors so it looks slightly better. The breakfast was good, they got a good variety of food. The staff were very helpful too.

Very good

Everything was great. We took a water taxi from the airport to the hotel, the dock was right in front of the hotel which was very nice since we arrived late at night. The only thing can get improved was wifi, sometimes it was hard to get the signal in the room.

The front desk staff are very helpful and friendly. The room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is very good and tea time with snack is pleasant. The location is walking distance from all attractions and public transport. I will definitely bring my family to stay in Maison Venezia again the next time we visit Venice.

ホテルの入り口が少しわかりづらいですが、 部屋はとても清潔で綺麗でした。 シャワーを使った時もしっかりとお湯が出、 いいホテルだと感じました。

酒店大廳環境不錯，裝修風格也很特別. 很乾凈有特色. 但是分配給我們的房間，在走廊的盡頭，裏面幾乎沒有信號，Wi-Fi根本用不了. 手機信號也很差. 並且酒店前台給我們辦理入住的男士很冷漠. 給人感覺很不舒服. 給我們總體體驗感並不是很好.

威尼斯，住在水邊的體驗。挺好的酒店，特別的大，稍微有點不平！畢竟在水邊。

所謂威尼斯風景第四美詳見圖三圖四，自己感受，房間門前一條又長又陡的樓梯，沒有服務員幫忙送行李，房間內門牆地毯又臟又舊，衣櫃門都是壞的，礦泉水用完不補的…用2k+一晚的價格體驗了一次威尼斯**

酒店為我們的honeymoon準備了香檳和甜點，還給了corner house正對着運河，非常美! 房間很fancy，提供拖鞋牙刷等必備品，床有點軟睡着腰疼，被子比較薄，空調略冷（好像歐洲酒店都這樣）。但是整個房間和酒店都很安靜，我們從來沒有被吵醒。 房間有一點傾斜，不知道是不是歷史太久的原因。 不足的是浴室太小了，我先生個頭比較大在裏面洗澡很煎熬，然後衞生情況需要改善，浴室蓮蓬頭很臟，牀頭櫃表面有一層薄薄的灰。 前台的態度非常好，很熱情有禮貌，可以免費寄存行李，酒店位置鬧中取靜，離最近的水上巴士站大概5 min步行，衹需要經過一座小橋，其他地方都可以拉着行李走。 酒店旁的主街有一家有中文菜單，味道和價格都不錯，也很推薦! 但總之，酒店給了很好的體驗，我們很愛威尼斯這個地方，為此將行程多增加了兩天，值得好好感受這個城市，希望下次有機會再來~

房間真的太老舊了，訂的還是豪華雙人間，2000一晚，就國內二百的水平的樣子，太差了，太老舊了，體驗感太差！維一的優點，在小巷子裏面，不吵。
