Palazzo Lion Morosini - Check in Presso Locanda Ai Santi Apostoli

First of all, on my arrival at the door was locked. There was nobody behind reception desk. There was no security. There was not one living soul. Then I had to press a buzzer and the lady's voice said that I have to go to another address somewhere in Venice to check in which I refuse to do because I do not know the the town and I was going to be lost. A very angry dark hair lady, Antonella, came together with a guy named Jubile. She took a photo of my passport on the road and Jubile gave me a bunch (6) of keys. The hotel was like a ghost town. No matter, we went to room number 5. He showed me around and he mentioned that the door is not working very well, but because we are so high from the ground nobody could come in. So on my second night I I was quite uneasy about the situation with the door that is leading to the terrace. So I put just for my own satisfaction. I put heavy arm chair in front of it. Well I'm lucky that I did that because it was 15 minutes to 12 midnight. When I was watching TV I was in the in bed. When I heard voices they were three people it they were two men and one lady. Suddenly the terrace door was kicked and thank God that I had the armchair. Those people couldn't let themselves seen in the room I screamed and then obviously they probably were scared. Equally they didn't expect that they'll fight back. I push on the door in order to hurt the hand that was actually trying to remove the chair from the door and then I called the police. They came very quickly and of course I was shaking. I couldn't sleep well. The next three nights I wanted to complain to the owner of the hotel. Nobody was answering the phone. They were always different names and different people that were answering the phone saying no, we don't know anything and stuff like that, complete disaster. This is the worst hotel in my 50 years of travelling around the world that I have been to don't go there. You're endangering your life. Nobody is there to help you nobody's there to check you in is just like a gang is operating this hotel. Stay away from this hotel. It is very very dangerous. I'm lucky to be alive

No on site receptionist. No washcloths. No glasses. Empty refrigerator. Hot, air barely worked. No elevator. 40 stairs up to room. Worse place I have ever stayed. Lucky only had a one night stay. Would give a zero if that was an option.

My teenage daughter and I travelled to Venice for the first time with friends. We chose the Lion Morosini Palace based on reviews and we weren't disappointed. Our family room with private bathroom was very close to the Rialto Bridge and lots of shops, restaurants, bars etc. The room was very clean, warm and comfortable and to be woken by the sound of Gondalas gently swooshing by below our balcony window was just wonderful. We were even woken by a singing Gondolier one morning! Davide was so helpful and accommodating, he even booked our private river taxi from the airport, which stopped at a jetty literally steps from the hotel entrance. We landed late in the evening and the taxi was a blessing, not knowing the waterways/street layout at all. Thank you Davide and team for a wonderful stay! We will be back!

Un desastre este hotel. Con 31 grados a la noche, el aire acondicionado se rompió y no me cambiaron de habitación. Además de que no me atendieron más, la solución fue: anda a buscar otro hotel. Estoy acá, desperdicie una de dos noches y sin respuesta. Además de todo el check in está en otro lugar, pero bueno, era lo de menos. NO LO RECOMIENDO.

El hotel está genial situado. La habitación triple es muy amplia y bonita al igual que el baño. Cuando llegamos todo estaba muy limpio, pero conforme pasaban los días la limpieza bajó. La recepcionista fue muy amable porque nos explicó todo lo que ver en la ciudad, donde coger los medios de transporte y nos dejó asomarnos al gran canal donde nos hizo una foto.

Avec une reservation confirmée nous trouvons porte close à l'arrivée. Finalement apres deux heures de recherches on apprend il fallait se rendre à une autre adresse pour faire le check in. La chambre ne correspond pas du tout aux fotos mais on a fini par accepter moyennant la promesse que seulement une nuit sur les deux nous serait facturée hors notre carte de credit a été debitée pour les deux nuits. Le manager qui nous a fait cette promesse a dit que c'etait une erreur et qu'il allait nous rembourser, de lui envoyer un RIB, ce que nous avons fait mais il nous a jamais remboursé.

Il punto di forza è senza dubbio la posizione, vicinissimo al Ponte di Rialto e quindi in pieno centro. Per il resto camera con arredamento datato e bagno microscopico. Il check in arrivando dopo le 19 lo abbiamo fatto in una struttura a 5 min a piedi.

Indubbiamente la struttura è posizionata al centro di venezia a 100 mt dal ponte di rialto, 700 mt da piazza San Marco, 500 mt dal punto d'imbarco x murano e burano. In rapporto al costo abbastanza elevato di 220 euro a camera, ci sarebbe decisamente da rifare il bagno, il nostro privo di bidet, con un microcopico e scomodo lavabo, con una piccolissima vasca da bagno tra l'altro pericolosa x fare la doccia, antiquato ed antigienico il telo doccia. Materassi vecchi e scomodi. Oggi dei semplici bed e breakfast offrono decisamente di più. Però peccato, la struttura può.

C'est un petit hotel , tout prés du Rialto où nous avons séjourné 4 nuits .Nous avons pu accéder , à tous les lieux touristiques de Venise. Logement idéalement situé.Il se situe dans une ruelle sombre qui débouche sur Le Canale Grande. C'est un havre de paix.Notre chambre donnait sur un petit canal , où l'on voyait passait les gondoles.D'une tranquilité incroyable, malgré le flot de touriste présent dans la rue principal.Nous avons réservé directement par l'hotel où le tarif était plus intéressant.A la réservation , l'hotel nous a donné les informations pour accéder à l'hotel en nous précisant les magasins et les restaurants que nous allions trouver sur notre chemin .Cela nous a beaucoup facilité la tache.Nous sommes arrivés peu avant 21 h .(différents numéros sont inscrits sur la porte) , nous avons trouvé nos clefs sur le comptoir.La réception était ouverte que le matin .Ce n'était pas du tout génant .Je rajouterai que la literie , la propreté de l'hotel et de la chambre étaient irréprochables.Je recommande vivement cet Hotel.
