Travelers Beach Inn recensioner

Room was unsafe and unsanitary. Service is terrible, too. Please do not book a room here! During the check in process, the receptionist went to great lengths not to touch anything used by guests. He asked for my credit card and held it with a wet tissue. Same with the pen that I used to sign the invoice. This is ironic, considering how dirty the motel is. The room key that I was provided with did not work, so I went back to the receptionist and told him about it. He put on one purple surgical glove, took the key from me, and went to the room. He too, couldn't unlock the door. He muttered something, and then KICKED the door open. The furniture was in poor condition. The armchair had stains and holes and airconditioning reeked of cigarette smoke. There was no safety latch on the door, and the peep hole was plugged with tissue. I did not feel safe staying in that motel because someone could easily barge into the room at night. I immediately checked out and sought a refund though Trip.com, but the motel rejected my request. 10/10 do not recommend booking a room at this motel.

This place should not be listed on trip.com period! The woman at the counter was in pajamas, she was not courteous at all, in fact she was rude and very unprofessional. The room was very very dirty, it had holes on the wall in the bathroom. the shower curtain was held up by a dirty towel cuz the shower curtain rod was too short....The bed blanket had dirty whit human secretion white stains on it and it smelled really bad + the towels were old and looked like a piece of rag. WIFI did not work properly as the router was inside the registration room behind the counter which was too far from my room. I ended up having to spend the night in my car in front of the room that I had paid for because I did not want to get sick and she refused to refund my money after I saw the room. It is an embarrassment for trip.com to list places like that, shame!
