The hotel is located about 750m from the beach 🏖️, there you will find sunbeds, a bar and a shower Getting a sunbed ⛱️ near the pool can be difficult, as many are reserved early in the morning The restaurant gets very crowded during peak hours, which can affect the dining experience Cleanliness in common areas is generally acceptable but would benefit from more frequent upkeep throughout the day Overall, a pleasant short-term stay, but there’s some room for improvement in comfort and service

A terrible experience and I would not even give them one star. This is not a resort at all No luggage service No iron in the room No room service No parking for wheel chair as they were given to people who gave them good tips I guess, as even I left my number at the reception no one ever called me to provide a parking, but I saw that some other cars with no wheel chair stickers were parked the next day, so you can guess why !! We were in a 2 bedroom villa but out side was mostly crowded by the guest from the main building, which I think it's not fair at all, our swimming pool was always packed with people leaving their towels on the shezlong and reserving it for the entire day!! While they go eat and take a nap. The staff is not helpful at all they are all lost.I called them as everyone was smoking on the pool and I couldn't breath some fresh air, but no one ever came to even talk to me. A total ignore. No staff at the pool nor can you barely see any staff, except the poor nepalis and Sri Lankans who can't do much as they are not authorized.. The owner is more Interested in making money then paying for staff. He pay one staff to do 5 jobs. Like the lifeguard was cleaning, arranging shezlong, clearing garbage and taking care of the bar as well. Buffets were messy So I would never recommend this hotel to people who appreciate a comfort for the money they pay, but if that's ok then don't forget to take with you a tea spoon as well as the entire hotel don't even have that.i was left to feed my daughter with a spoon that barely fits in a mouth of an adult. After traveling 116 countries, I think I know how a resort looks like.

Its just pur second year here. Last time was much better. This time, the organising of this hotel is under any common sense. Starting with check in 5 people in 2 hours. Food constantly finishing. Poverty queue for some snacks, that you had high chances of finishing when you reach them. It was a disaster. When I raised some of this concerns the mananger dismissed it, I dont know if the management changed from last year. But its is going down heal.

Kids will definitely not get bored there. The food was not targeting the international market but local one. The hotel does not have a direct access to the beach since you need to cross a road and walk for a bit. There are many activities around the hotel so I advise to have a look .

Recomand for families,good entertainment for kids,mascots,kids club,activities,playground,poll with slide for kids and adults .We enjoy a lot 4 days,all inclusive (the food was amazing,fresh an variety of dishes).The room was a little bit smaller and with an extra bed,less space.For cleaning I have to give 2*,we change 2 rooms,bad smell in the bathroom (room 109).

Lovely staff, greeting with kindness, really clean, fresh, I've stayed in the villa, the pool was clean. Not only they have a big pool, also a small one. They have a great bar with unlimited drinks. One bad thing about this, is that they don't have that much food for kids who are picky, I would love it if they could add some chicken nuggets, chicken strips ect. Overall, This experience is great, I will come back this summer.
