Mera Resort

Very disorganized and miserable, the beach looks disastrous, dirty sunbeds and bad smelling mattresses.. ants in the room. Services below the level of very high costs. The playground staff rude to parents and children. A very bad experience

Recomand for families,good entertainment for kids,mascots,kids club,activities,playground,poll with slide for kids and adults .We enjoy a lot 4 days,all inclusive (the food was amazing,fresh an variety of dishes).The room was a little bit smaller and with an extra bed,less space.For cleaning I have to give 2*,we change 2 rooms,bad smell in the bathroom (room 109).

All in all it was a beautiful experience, I discovered a clean resort, very diverse and good food, enough sunbeds, kind staff. Pluses: food, cleanliness, beach, playground for children Minuses: rather small room (it compensates for the balcony), the fitness room has to be paid for separately, the hotel's parking is limited, you are not offered a package instead of breakfast if you leave at night (in the past it was offered something very substantial, now in the evening we got promised some sandwiches, but at night...unfortunately, there was nothing prepared), the place of the stage is not a well-thought-out one, it had to be separated from the terrace, with enough seats for everyone, because if you have a child and want to watch it with watching the evening performances, you either come 2 hours before to get a table close to the stage, or you stand in that crowd of parents and you don't see very well what the child is doing.

The resort is a very good choice if you have kids. The food is very good, you have plenty to choose from, drinks are also ok. Spirits are only served between 13-15 and after 19. The children’s pool has warm water, adults are only allowed in it standing. There is also an indoor kids club by the pool, and a big playground. We visited in July and this year it was extremely crowded, we had to wake up around 7:30 to find well placed sunbeds (in a sunny area). Sometimes leaving the sunbeds unsupervised for more than 30 minutes would lead to the lifeguards removing the belongings from them. The room was clean but very small if you are more than 2 persons… the bathroom is even tinier, almost impossible to shower an infant together with the parent. The bed is however big enough, we fitted 2 adults and a toddler. The pillows were too big for us, and they provide 4 of them……. We barely found a place to put 2 of them away from the bed. Sometimes the maids are vacuuming the hallways early in the morning or during the afternoon nap. The people who clean the tables in the restaurant, who are from Nepal, are prompt and very nice, always smiling and waving to small children. Overall it was a nice experience.

The rooms are very nice and clean,very confortable bed.but,that s it! It is all inclusive kind of resort,the food and drinks are below average,not tasty at all and low quality Another problem for me was that although I checked out until 12 o'clock I did not have access to the beach,wich is rude considering that I paid quite a lot for this stay.

To mention from the start, I stood 5 days with an all-inclusive offer. Considering it is a 4-star hotel, I can say I had some expectations and I wasn't disappointed at all. Very good food and a big variety of foods to choose from. Relatively close to the beach. Enough benches on the beach and tables to eat at. The only small issue I'd mention is that the bathroom was a bit small and the room for clothes was also slightly small, besides that nothing bad to mention. Awesome place!
