Advise Hotels Reina

Hello, we went to Advise Aparthotel during first week of August and faced a mix of good and bad situations. Starting with the positive (no need for much explanation): - location - very close to the beach - temperature of the water in the pool - pool with slides for both kids and adults - breakfast variety - tasty food overall - decent rooms for the price spent - the free wi-fi was a nice surprise, even thugh the signal is not very strong The "ok" items: - the staff - we found people with a welcoming attitude, but also some staff with negative posture, not at all welcoming in the restaurant. we can understand that people have good and bad days, but one same person was constantly with a mad and bored expression when welcoming guests, and that was not good. - parking possibility, but a little expansive in my opinion - a very hot lobby due to the size of it not allowing the AC to cool it. - only one set of towels for bath. we are used to 2 sets since women often use one for the body and one for the hair. - the pools are too deep in general. even for an adult - only providing one key card at arrival (but provided a second one upon request) Now the Bad items: - Dirty glasses everytime (lipstick, stains) and also plates. - when preparing tables some staff members dropped the paper towels in the floor and just picked up and placed on the tables. - ice creams and deserts not very cold, what took quality from it - some visible lack of organisation in the restaurant staff - was the first spanish hotel where the animation team only spoke in spanish. usually we hear the instruction at least in spanish and in english - very limited activies of the animation team, and the expression "Mari" is stuck in our brains, not for a good reason - dirty sheets and cushions in summary, an average experience.

We are having a very relaxing holiday. The weather has been very hot. We have really enjoyed the pool area and the entertainment team have been excellent. The hotel is probably ready for a good refurbishment. Very much a Spanish family hotel.Really enjoyed the falconry evenings.

La estancia es Muy amables , atentos y exclusivos. Comidas muy bien preparadas y arregladas con atención y proximidad. Los camareros atentisimos Cristóbal es el correcaminos por su velocidad constante.Rosario,M.Luz.etc..amabilisimos.

Suelo leer las reseñas por hacerme una idea global, pero nos gusta experimentar en persona el lugar elegido, para bien o para mal. Y tengo q decir que hemos acertado plenamente. Excelente. El hotel cómodo y perfecto, el apartamento muy completo y tranquilo, bien insonorizado. La ubicación perfecta y el personal encantador intentando en todo momento satisfacer las necesidades del cliente. Un favor, transmitan nuestro saludo y mil gracias a las encargadas de limpieza de nuestra zona, (planta -1, pasillo habit. 1012), por su profesionalidad (estancia 8 al 16 de septiembre). Para volver, seguro.

Las habitaciones son correctas. Pero horror no tienen cortinas opacas, ni persianas. Entra toda la luz artificial y sobre todo la natural a las seis y media de la mañana. Pero si quieres enfermar entonces coge pensión completa. Tenedores y copas sucias no, lo siguiente. Cerdo y pescado podrido ( no hay más variedad) y postre de papilla en un puchero. Mala calidad y alimentos en malas condiciones. Estamos esperando un cambio de hotel. Los gerentes quieren sacar tanto beneficio que enferman a los huéspedes. Total siempre habrá otro tonto que pique y contrate

Empiezo diciendo que reservamos el hotel en agencia de viajes. A la llegada al hotel nos dan una habitacion doble (eramos 3 personas). La habitacion con dos camas minusculas, en las que no cogian 2 personas, asi que mucho menos iban a coger 3, toallas para 2 personas, enfin todo era para solo 2 adultos. La habitacion estaba sucia, llena de pelos por todos sitios, un asco. Al cabo de un rato mostramos nuestra queja por la habitacion y nos dicen que ha habido un supuesto error en la habitacion, no se si por parte del hotel o por parte de la agencia por el cual querian cobrarnos 150 euros mas. Tras batallar un largo rato al final todo se soluciono bien, y nos ofrecieron un apartamento para 3 personas con las correspondientes camas y equipacion. El resto de las vacaciones en cuanto a la habitacion estuvimos bien. A la hora de la comidas un desastre, unas colas enormes para acceder al comedor, las piscinas igual, con muy pocas hamacas para la cantidad de gente que habiamos en el hotel. Enfin, no volvere, porque por el precio que nos costo, hay hoteles mucho mejores. Este es un 4 estrellas muy basico. Por todo esto le doy esa puntuacion.
