毫無疑問 明年來維爾比耶音樂節還會入住w酒店。早餐是我在瑞士這一陣哪怕住了別的城市,都會懷念的早餐。非常美味。w酒店周邊環境更是讓人沉醉 出門就是纜車方便極了。房間窗外的風景如仙境一般。酒店服務員們,全都帶着微笑和熱情。你去附近的地方酒店都有車免費接送。我在旅行和交通遇到的問題,前台人員實在很熱情完美的幫我解決很多難題。入住極度愉快 我衹能再來。哈哈

早餐不錯,房間乾淨衞生,也比較大,位置很不錯,孩子在韋爾比耶參加冬令營,連住了三晚,這裏滑雪很方便。

Verbier is truly a special place that everyone should see with their own two eyes. Its magical in so many ways. Add in the W hotel and all they have to offer and you know you will have found a skiers paradise. Coming from the states it takes alot to get to Verbier. Coming from Zurich you can take the train or car but from Geneva you have to drive. Its a long day. But the Whatever, whenever is on full display upon arrival. As a Bonvoy Platinum member the perks are seemingly endless and it is part of the American Express fine hotel brand so even more benefits. If you know, you know. Coming into the hotel seems surreal. The setting is breathtaking. The lobby has the W vibe you expect to see in a major city but with the mountain feel. The rooms have everything you could want and the giant balcony looking up the mountain you have a front row seat to paradise. Mountain luxury in every way. Fireplace. Tub. Coffee maker. Desk. Closet and beds to die for. The mountain concierge on the lobby level is a skiers dream. Ski in ski out the W Verbier is on its own level. Keep your skis and boots there, and they have a rental shop on premises with literally everything you need. Just steps from the Gondola you cannot be any closer. You will want to start your day with breakfast with views over looking the valley. This is a fantastic buffet with everything you want with a full made to order menu as well. After the ski day they have a world class spa that is incredible amd welcomed after a day of skiing. Giant indoor hot tub, steam rooms, saunas, indoor and out door pools. Cabana to lie and relax and you can order food and drinks. You will think you have died and gone to heaven. The concierge can arrange world class dining options, heli skiing or anything you desire. The people are what make a property 5 stars and from the moment you arrive that is apparent. This is the best hotel in Verbier to be sure and you will definitely be planning a trip back before you are down the mountain.

I was doing massage and I don’t like the therapist at all she don’t know how to do massage , amd anatomy and when I came for pay in reception administration ask how I like it and I say I don’t like it at all I have something to compare with and this massage therapist doesn't know anatomy at all, she became screaming and say I am very picky . I am in shock I just say my opinion and what I here from administration she work 20 years , and can work 40 years and still don’t know how to do massage …

Amazing stay. Best ski in ski out convenience I can imagine in Europe. Great cuisine, and great cocktails with great music in their “living room” restaurant/bar. Great spa, swimming pool, hot tub and sauna downstairs. Best “ski locker” room I’ve ever seen for changing in & out of the ski boots and wet layers of ski gear. Transfer service made getting from Geneva quite easy. Can’t thank the team enough.

I stayed 2 nights and it was great experience and staff were wonderful especially Agatha, Guillaume, Manon, Antoine, Clair and luice Everyone was doing his/her beet to let me enjoy my stay The hotel location is amazing and very quite which really needed after very stressful work period

A true 5-star experience. We visited the W for 5 days in February and were so impressed by the hotel. The location is perfect, right beside the gondola station (no lugging your skis). Our room was in the main hotel building and had a lovely view of the Le Chable gondola. The boot room is conveniently located and the hotel can arrange ski rentals with Mountain Air who will deliver and return the skis straight from the hotel. The spa facilities were wonderful, although perhaps they could do with policing the adult-only areas slightly more, as there were some children running around at times. We also had a massage and it was one of the best I've had! Breakfast was amazing, if not the best hotel breakfast I've had. They had everything you could possibly want and more. Faultless in my opinion and the staff were super friendly. I particularly loved having the selection of fresh juices and touches such as a rotating pancake and pastry flavour every day (of course in addition to the standard offering). The only points for improvement we would mention is that they could use more than one shuttle vehicle during high season. The hotel is quite a distance from a number of the popular restaurants and they only have one shuttle for all the hotel guests. This meant that at times we had to wait a length of time to be picked up and nearly missed a dinner reservation another evening. Additionally, we felt that the concierge could have been more helpful. We rang about making dinner reservations and never heard back. When we enquired again we were told that the restaurants were fully booked. When we contacted the same restaurant ourselves, we were able to secure a reservation... However, all of the other staff were so welcoming and friendly so it may have been down to us visiting during the half term and it being exceptionally busy. Overall it was an amazing stay, everything else was perfection and I would absolutely return!

First time in Verbier. I think I made the right choice to stay here. Hotel is superb, staff are friendly and professional especially Luis. He tried to contact his friend at Burton shop to at least accommodate me..I’m quite impressed by him. Highly recommend to stay here

Popped in for a quick drink. Luis greeted us with the biggest smile and a great personality. Brilliant experience all around, would highly recommend for anyone visiting Verbier. Off Piste bar was also a great spot for apres, beers decent, DJ brilliant!

We stayed at the W in Verbier for one week. The hotel met all of my expectations. The location is perfect, you are a 2 minute walk to the gondola. Shout out to Nikko in the ski storage area, he was super nice and informative and he saved the day when the main gondola shut down for half a day. Got us a shuttle to different area of mountain to find a lift! I was worried about the room being large enough for 2 people for a week with all of our luggage, but that was not an issue whatsoever... and we were in a basic fabulous room. Plenty of room, fireplace, stand alone tub, balcony... The bar was spacious and Nikki was the most fun and outgoing bartender!! He had great stories and great cocktails! The concierge were amazing, made us reservations for every night we were there and they were right on! The shuttle is also convenient if you don't want to walk, but we still walked most nights. I highly recommend booking a ski guide for at least half a day if you have not skied the mountain. It was very informative and helped tremendously for the remaining few days. You can charge it to your room and they meet you in the ski locker. My only complaint was the house cleaning service, they came later and later as the week went on and one day they were still in our room at 5:30pm... we finally had to ask her to leave so we could get ready for dinner. Overall it was a fantastic trip, highly recommend.

I am currently staying at the W, Verbier. Before arriving, we gave our credit card for the payment and were charged an extra 4,000 Swiss franks on top of the rate we were told. This wasn’t a great start when we hadn’t even arrived to the hotel. My fiancé is a platinum elite in Bonvoy so we always stay at Bonvoy hotels around the world. Sadly, this experience has been our worst. Usually if you are part of the membership program, you would expect amazing service (and even if you aren’t apart of it) but we were treated poorly before arrival. Then, once we finally arrived to the W, after a long drive, the woman at the front desk told me I had to leave immediately and change my vaccination to the Swiss pass, this is fine but when I said can I just put my things down and have a water, she said “so you won’t go do it?” In the most aggressive manner. This was the first indication of rude members of staff. I went and changed my vaccine to the Swiss pass and when I got back she continued to have an attitude. Then, when we had an emergency and asked to leave, baring in mind we have already stayed 3 nights, we asked if we can be refunded the final 4th night so we can travel. We were told it’s high season so we will not be refunded. We spoke to Bonvoy, who told us the fact we already stayed 3 nights, all hotels refund you. Again, we went back to the members of staff to ask if they could please be understanding, especially as they still have rooms available… the hotel isn’t sold out so we haven’t taken other customers rooms. We were continuously told “there’s nothing we can do”. It’s sad this hotel put money before customer service. When we said we will write a review, they told us “we don’t care”. We would have returned if they treated us better but we never will and I will not advise anyone else to come here and experience such utter disregard to customer satisfaction. This hotel is simply out to make quick money and nothing else.

My recent stay at the W Verbier provided me with a spectrum of experiences, from delightful moments to notable disappointments. As a traveler who values transparency, I aim to offer a comprehensive review to assist others in making informed decisions. Let's start with the positives. The specialty restaurants at W Verbier undoubtedly delivered exceptional culinary experiences, showcasing a blend of creativity and flavor that left a lasting impression. However, it's important to note that while the food was outstanding, the breakfast choices were somewhat limited and lacked variety throughout my five-day stay. Moreover, while the dining experiences stood out, certain aspects of the hotel's service and amenities left room for improvement. Upon arrival, I encountered delays in checking into my room, which was not ready even at the designated check-in time of 4 pm. Additionally, I was surprised to find that I was not served a welcome drink, but instead given a coupon and directed to the bar. Furthermore, the absence of a bellboy at the entrance was unexpected for a hotel of this caliber. Moving on to the spa experience, I had a mixed encounter. While Elisa provided exceptional service with her helpful and friendly demeanor, other staff members appeared distant and failed to offer greetings, which diminished the overall ambiance. Additionally, I was disappointed to discover that the jacuzzi was initially not functional, and it was only fixed after I brought it to their attention. Furthermore, the late email replies from the spa team added to the frustration. Despite these setbacks, there were notable highlights during my stay. The free shuttle service provided by the hotel was a convenient amenity, and I must commend Luis, one of the chauffeurs, for his exceptional service and hospitality. Additionally, the chat service was incredibly helpful and responsive, promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns. However, it's important to address some additional areas for improvement. The lobby area felt barren with inadequate lighting, detracting from the overall ambiance. Furthermore, there were inconsistencies in the availability and pricing of amenities, such as swimwear, which was available for rent on one day but offered for purchase at a highly expensive price on other days. In conclusion, while the W Verbier offers exceptional dining experiences and certain standout services, there are areas that require attention to ensure a consistently exceptional guest experience. From addressing delays in room readiness and enhancing the overall ambiance to improving consistency in service standards, there is room for enhancement to meet the expectations of discerning travelers. For fellow travelers considering a stay at the W Verbier, it's essential to weigh the benefits against the room rates, particularly during the ski season when prices tend to be higher. The hotel and decor is clearly a W from the moment you approach the entrance. It is extremely well decorated and kept. From the front door to the rooms, everything was kept extremely clean. The doorman and staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. They gave us ideas of activities and even drove us to dinner one night. The spa area and pool were also meticulous and the staff there was wonderful as well. The location is a bit far from the downtown area but is very close to the gondola station from the town below and there are chairlifts nearby for skiing. The breakfast was a great spread and variety each marooning with additional complimentary items to choose from. Overall a classic 5 star W experience.

The place to stay when visiting Verbier. Ski in, ski out accommodations with first class service. Great location to stroll the cobble stone streets and roll in and out of other restaurants and bars. The rooms are large and comfortable. The pool and spa area is a must experience, especially after a long day on the slopes. The staff is ready to accommodate at any time. Highly recommend when visiting Verbier.
