We were shouted at and kicked out. Before check in. Horrible experience. Fearing the physical safety of my kids, I did leave the premises to find another nearby option. It is saddening to write negative reviews about small businesses, but I had a disturbing and distressing experience with an owner that kicks people out on a whim, so I am doing this for my civic duty to America. 1) Long story short: Upon check in, I said to Anil, the owner that was in a customer welcome position, that I didn't not agree with his $150 fees for checking in exactly 3 people in a room for exactly 3 people and Anil got REALLY MAD, screaming and agitated. 2) The rudeness: Angrily, Anil started shouting (and then writing) disturbing things such as “fraud”, “egoistic”, “immature” and “I am not a thief” and victimized himself in this situation as the "senior person treated with disrespect". Anil, you KICKED OUT 2 kids, aged 5 and 8, who was disrespectful? 3) The Climax: He then went to display emotional instability, anger issues and started shouting “I DON'T NEED YOU, I SERVICED 20 thousand CUSTOMERS ALREADY”, “GO SOMEWHERE ELSE”. Fearing the physical safety of my kids, I did leave the premises for another civilized option nearby. 4) Poor customer service... 🤯 Despite the trouble he caused me, I am concerned about his state of mind, as being caught with his hand in the cookie jar (more below) and having a client providing honest feedback is not fair are just mundane upsets in this day and age. 5) The reservation: I booked a room with clear statements that fits 3 people (pic attached). We were three. Not four, just three. Me and two kids. That’s all. 👶+👶+🙍🏻. After being kicked, I went to inspect his website. ANIL 😡 has a confusing website that allows me to book for my party without stating my party size. A non republican upselling strategy? Hard to say. 🚓🚓🚓🚓 His own website states a $20 fee for extra guests (pic attached). How did it become the $150 you tried to get from me? Does it matter? No it doesn't. I got kicked out. Anil, you should not kick out customers when they merely talk about your high and abusive hidden fees. Your inn was empty, you can reverse it still if you want to. 6) Price is what you Pay, value is what you get. After leaving and checking in at a nearby hotel 3x the price (I fear families where his behavior could have created deeper trouble) I was greeted with a smile to which I understood why Anil’s place was so much cheaper. 7) To his credit and reinforcing his simple lack of customer skills and bad state of mind, he allegedly did not charge my credit card when I asked for a reimbursement. Small victory for you, Anil, you got a small part of it all right. 8) Suggestions: Listen to your customers' feedback without kicking them out. Your own website is confusing leaving room for disappointment. Your own website had a $20 dollar surcharge and not the $150 you created out thin air. Your website does not ask for a customer’s party. It le
