The best experience, service, and view

Nice place to stay, great view of the city and the hotel service is fantastic.

開車非常方便，停車安全。房間乾淨。早餐豐富。有班車下山。服務好。

這是我們20天意大利旅行吃的最好的早餐了。種類非常豐富，甚至還有生魚片！服務人員都非常熱情，好像4-9月泳池是開放的，其他時候關閉。view也很不錯。夏天來聽聽歌劇應該非常愜意😃

服務非常好，所有人都很親切。 老闆去過中國好幾次。 視野非常棒，晚上入住的夜景很美，清晨起來拍到朝陽映射下的維羅納城，更是迷人。

Please read two reviews of June 2022 which are very accurate. We stayed in May 2023 the hotel is a guest house. I have never had a breakfast like it. When you visit a five star in the centre of Verona Fra Lorenzo is not at the races. When we visited people enjoyed the hotel we most certainly did not.

The Relais Fra Lorenzo was one of our best experiences on our trip. I prioritize views and the from our room did not disappoint. From the moment you enter through the gates, you will be mesmerized by this property which sits stop a hill overlooking Verona. Staff are attentive and welcoming. I would have loved to have had a view from the breakfast area but it was too cool to be outside. Our room was spacious for 2 and had 2 windows with the view. It was a 15 minute down hill walk to Verona which was lovely but we didn't feel like we would want to do the uphill climb in the evening in the dark. Their shuttle picks up in town at 7:15 or you can park outside the city. Ideally an 8 pm pick up would have been ideal for us.

Just finished a 4 night stay in this wonderful hotel situated at the top of Verona with fantastic views of the city . The staff were outstanding , friendly and couldn’t do enough for us . Breakfast had so much choice & we had a lovely meal on our first night . Comfy beds & perfect quiet location. Free shuttle provided down hill to town and back twice a day if we didn’t want to walk. Good location for day trips to Venice & Lake Garda .

The hotel was absolutely lovely Phenomenal view of the city And the hotel staff were so friendly and helpful, constantly going over and above the call of duty We were only there for 4 nights and would have loved to have stayed longer One lovely touch is they offer a complimentary bus shuttle to and from the city twice a day - and twice they drove us to the train station 😊

It was a challenge to get proper directions to this beautiful hotel (don’t rely on GPS solely), but once we arrived it was wonderful. The view, although rainy and cloudy was spectacular! The staff were so professional, welcoming and friendly! The breakfast was out of this world! If you couldn’t find something you liked here, I must say you are picky beyond belief. Along with all of the wonderful buffet offerings they offered us eggs, pancakes, etc. All delicious and very classy. We didn’t eat dinner there since it was not great weather and we didn’t not want to go back into Verona. We had a delightful waiter and a decent meal. I would totally recommend this hotel; it was a splurge and a treat for us! We felt very special!

What a wonderful hotel! Let’s start with the views which are breathtaking! You can literally see for miles over Verona! The rooms are large and have everything you need from robes/ extra towels for swimming and a mini bar. Shower very good! We spent the late afternoon at the pool which is heated but still a little chilly! Again glorious views. We enjoyed lunch which consisted of pastas/ sandwiches/ salads and desert! Breakfast the next morning was delicious Continental with additional pancakes and eggs made to order. The walk down into the town is steep! But is 100% worth it in my opinion. The staff are so friendly, knowledgeable and will assist you at every opportunity. We will definitely return and recommend!

Room, staff and location are absolutely perfect. We loved everything about our stay and recommend to anybody and everybody. Wish I could write this in Italian! My wife and I stayed several days in early October and it was just beautiful. Our window looks right out at the magnificent Alps including Pilatus. Stunning and a must stay sort of place.

Lovely traditional hotel/ guest house. Staff outstanding. Breakfast good food and service, except coffee. In Italy usually get great coffee, it was not , from a self service machine. Similarly poor orange juice in a machine. There is no restaurant but they can provide snacks in the evening but no one else eating there so we didnt. It is a very steep walk back to hotel , took us 25 minutes, very dark narrow path. There was lots of nervous chat about the walk back I dont think many people did it. There was torrential rain a couple of days we were there and we couldnt get a taxi back easily, paid for a very expensive uber after a long wait. The location does have a lovely view but it is a bit isolated. There is one Argentinian steak place waling distance thru a gate in park but it wasnt very atmospheric. Lots of groups and a kids party. Hotel has a lovely swimming pool a real plus. Room was lovely, kettle provided, with satchet of Nescafe coffee. I would rather have stayed in the city but then no pool and less space...

Our third visit in 5 years, we love this place. It is a wonderful haven on top of the hill overlooking the stunning city where you have peace tranquility and space. There is a beautiful pool to enjoy too. Then a quiet 20 min stroll (downhill) right in to the the heart of Verona. We'd often opt for a taxi back! The team are long timers and remember us and we get exceptional service every time. There is no restaurant but they do a good breakfast (esp if out on the terrace) and light lunch (great salads and beer!) by the pool. We rarely go back to places so x3 says a lot!
