Hotel Europa

I stayed in the hotel for several days and experienced hospitality and wonderful people. I would recommend this amazing hotel to everyone . Also, the breakfast was delicious. The view from the terrace was amazing . The hotel is located right in the heart of the city.

Hotel Europa in Verona had a perfect location for a city adventure. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean. We enjoyed everything about our stay and couldn't ask for a better stop on our trip. We were really happy with this hotel. The only minor issue was that getting into the hotel was a bit tricky due to the many one-way roads, but it wasn't a major problem. All in all, it was a fantastic experience.

A very small hotel with an excellent location. Proximity, about 100 m from Convention center and Arena. Safe, a lot of good restaurants, coffee bars and night life. Room: Not exactly as I expected. Too small, with no safe deposit (I had a lot of jewellery), and very bad bed ( severe back pain after 3 days). But, nice bathroom and accesories, all very nice quality. Reception: after "tension" on check-in, turned to be quite nice and i was offered a complimentary breakfast on the checkout.

Very clean and Comfortable hotel with good breakfast right in the heart of Verona’s center. They handled a small issue quickly and efficiently. Their staff is very accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly. We would certainly stay here again

The Hotel Europa in Verona is a very nice hotel with a helpful staff. It has a garage that the manager does an amazing job of helping guests place their cars in. One thing to be aware of about Verona -- there are a very great many one-way streets. It took a long time figuring out how to access the hotel with our car. In fact, when we arrived at the corner of the street on which the hotel is located, we discovered that cars were not supposed to drive down it. My husband stayed in the car while a walked 100 feet or so to the hotel for information about parking. The manager let us know that cars going to the hotel can drive down the street, so I walked in front of our car to the garage, letting people know that a car was coming (!) because it had to. Be sure to take taxis getting around in Verona. Driving is a nightmare!

We stayed for one night as we were attending an event at the Arena. The hotel is very close. Check in was easy and the room easy to find. It was a small room but fine for one night. The mattress was far too soft, I ached the next day as it gave no support. One thin sponge pillow was also not supportive. Breakfast was available with a basic selection of continental items. If you are visiting just the Arena and like a very soft bed and a thin pillow, then this hotel is perfectly situated and you will be happy here.

Very well placed close to all attractions. Rooms he size of shoe boxes...wasn't even room to open 2 suitcases. Matresses very soft and spongy; had pillows. Unhelpful and unsmiling staff (Family business?). Internet poor. Would avoid.

Ho scelto questo hotel perché molto vicino all'arena di Verona, inoltre ho letto recensione positive. La camera piccola, pulita, nota molto positiva niente moquette.. Per chi ha problemi di allergia è un bene. Bagno piccolo pulito, ben fornito di asciugamani, dispenser del sapone in doccia, dovrebbero metterlo pure sul lavabo per evitare sprechi. Un po rumore perché pieno centro, molti locali ma non così fastidioso. Personale molto gentile e disponibile, io ho avuto necessità di tenere un farmaco in frigo e dopo aver lasciato la stanza me lo hanno messo in frigo fino alla mia partenza nel pomeriggio. Il prezzo non è economico però ho avuto un esperienza in hotel a una stella poco distante un po disastrosa, 190 euro per una camera doppia, ho rischiato di cadere perché quando ho aperto la porta lo stipite era a terra e altre magagne e non è stato possibile cambiare camera perché al completo. Qui tutto era a posto ordinato e ben pulito. Sicuramente ci tornerò.

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel per la posizione favorevolissima ad un tiro di schioppo dall'Arena (eravamo in città per un concerto serale) e l'esperienza è stata ottimale. Stanza molto graziosa, con ben due balconi, molto luminosa, spaziosa e confortevole con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Attaccati all'hotel oltre ad una pasticceria molto buona ci sono sia il parrucchiere per lui che quello per lei (utilissimo in caso di preparazioni perfette per le serate) e praticamente in fondo alla stradina di arrivo c'é il Ristorante Il Cenacolo, da non perdere. In caso di toccata e fuga a Verona, penso proprio che torneremo volentieri!
