Very welcoming and comfortable feel about the place. Staff were kind and helpful, we even went out with them and got to know other people staying. Fabulous community. Rooms were clean and tidied each day, beds not the most comfortable but would definitely go back.

This hostel is a delight. The owner was so friendly and helpful for this mature traveller who missed her train and arrived late. The hostel closes at 9pm. I had already experienced a cancellation from another hostel where I arrived after closing time so was really anxious that I would not have a place to sleep. Anna assured me I had a place to sleep and provided me with the code to enter. The hostel is bright, clean with large bedrooms, shared kitchen with free food, with tea and coffee. There is a patio out back to relax in the beautiful sunshine. She assisted me to catch the correct bus so I wouldn't miss my trip to Austria. My only regret was that I couldn't stay longer. Thank you Anna for your warm hospitality!!

Stayed at the Hostello for one night. The hostel space was very clean and decorated nicely. The bed was fairly comfortable. Room is spacious and not overstuffed with people just because there’s space like some hostels do. Staff was friendly. I really liked that the female bunk I was in had two showers for 6 girls to share. The key code entry was perfect and much preferred to carrying around keys (though I did have to carry the locker key with me when I left the hostel). I do wish the beds had some sort of privacy curtain to make things more private in the room. The street noise is also very loud at night and the windows don’t go a great job at muffling the sound. I didn’t sleep well because of this (lots of loud vehicles driving by, and people talking loudly on the streets as late as 1am and as early as 4:30am). I didn’t get to try the breakfast in the AM because I left because reception arrived. Overall, I would stay here again as it is a nice affordable option in the beautiful city of Verona. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the main part of town and from the train station, so be prepared for walking.

Situato in posizione un po' decentrata, ma comunque a 15 minuti dal centro storico con di fronte un supermercato. Camere ampie da 6 o 8 letti a castello, dotate di bagno, armadietti per gli effetti peronali e aria condizionata. Cucina comune attrezzata e con tè, caffè, biscotti a disposizione degli ospiti. Apertura portone d'ingresso e porta della camerata con codice.
