The hotel is located in a great location of the town, it is in the middle of the town, the room is beautiful and comfortable bed, bathroom is wonderful.

We arrived (in the rain) on Wednesday afternoon and were greeted by Andrea (I think?!). The most welcoming and pleasant check-in experience we have ever had. We knew that this hotel was special when we saw it online, but seeing it in person is something else. We had a room in the first floor with a view of Juliet’s balcony and I felt strangely emotional looking out at it. The bed is maybe one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in, the room had two comfortable chairs to relax in and don’t get me started in the minibar - all complimentary and I believe restocked daily if you’re there more than one night. My husband and I enjoyed our treats! But I think the biggest treat of all lies in the key to the gate of the courtyard. When the courtyard closes to the public at 7pm, residents of the hotel can use their key to gain access into and out of the courtyard through the big gate. Onlookers were amazed to see us going in and out whilst they stood by and gazed through the gate at Juliet’s Balcony. Being on the courtyard alone at night was special. My only regret is that we only stayed one night. We WILL be back.

This is a beautiful property. It has recently been refurbished. Its decor befits the building. It was immaculately clean. We had room 52 on the top floor. A beautifully sized suite with a balcony. The air conditioning was excellent and the bed was very comfortable! Having evening access to the courtyard with the Giulietta balcony, whilst sipping complimentary Prosecco was a real bonus. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The situation couldn't be better. The daily restocked free minibar is a real bonus. We loved this hotel. We went to an Opera at the Arena, this hotel is a 5 minute walk. Everything was perfect.

Great location, fantastic room and super helpful staff are the key attributes of this hotel. Added bonus, is the "free" fridge of water and drinks, the offer of a guest drinks reception(we had to decline as heading to a pre-opera dinner) on the weekend evenings is a nice touch.

Amazing location right in the courtyard of Juliet’s balcony. This really is a wonderful sanctuary in such a bustling part of Verona. Our room was spotless and beautifully furnished with a balcony overlooking the courtyard. The bed was unbelievably comfy and we loved the jacuzzi bath - both incredibly welcome after a day of exploring! The hotel hosted an aperitif in the courtyard before the opera which was a lovely touch. It’s amazing to experience the courtyard after everyone has left. The staff were so helpful and professional. We loved the gratis mini bar (restocked each day!) and the fluffy robes and slippers. We used the hot tub on the roof one evening and this was really special. Overall, don’t hesitate to book for your stay in Verona! It was fabulous.

Gorgeous little refuge, very comfortable and well appointed rooms, remarkably helpful staff. And the scene outside for Juliet’s purported balcony is absolutely hilarious from 9 AM to 7 PM – then you have the venerated fictitious courtyard to yourself. The accommodations here are just top notch, we only stayed one night but we wish we stayed longer. The decor was gorgeous and the room was meticulously clean. Everyone on the staff was extremely friendly and helpful with any questions we had. They arranged a private transfer to take us to and from the train station. Francesca did a wonderful job ensuring we had a phenomenal stay. One really cool thing as well is there are certain times that only the hotel guests have access to Juliet’s courtyard, so you can get all the photos you want without the crowds. This was absolutely a 5 star stay and we would return in a heartbeat.
