Bel hôtel dont on sent qu’il est en transition, SPA en travaux, Hammam ne fonctionnant pas, déco dépassée, personnel au bar nonchalant, café servi froid. Du coup rapport qualité prix ne fonctionne plus.

We had a great time to enjoy the lake front room at the hotel. The staff did great job to prepare the room for the wife's birthday. The view is breathtaking and the hotel service is great. We did not have time to enjoy the spa but the breakfast is excellent. The hotel is suitable for romantic stay and the location is super for the sunset picture of Lake Geneva.

We have just spent a very enjoyable ten nights at this lovely hotel. Do book a room overlooking the lake as the views are amazing. We spent a lot of time on our balcony enjoying the wonderful scenery. We were in a beautiful suite of rooms which were extremely comfortable and looked after by a wonderful team from housekeeping. We were on a room only basis. If you book through the Leading Hotels of the World website and are a member the buffet breakfast is included. We only ate in the hotel twice as there are so many wonderful restaurants to try in Vevey. The food is delicious and fresh and all the staff are very helpful and friendly. Overall this is an excellent hotel in a wonderful position on the lake. Would we stay again - definitely. Thank you to everyone who made our stay a very special one.

It is in true spirit of Vevey , Consider it one of the best placed resorts of Vevey . Extremely well run and excellent staff in all departments The breakfast is extremely well done , it’s definitely not large , but , it’s extremely well set and served . The preparation of eggs especially which I thought all hotels have forgotten they do it extremely well , I assure you that the likes of France would fail The Spa though I don’t use that this side of the world was also being run and managed very very well Not to be missed is the garden Terrace connecting the spa , it has one of the best views Let me bring to light this is one the few resorts in the world where the Classic charm of quiet unsaid but done for the guest thing is followed , no noisy service , understanding and doing things before is an ACCOLADE PAR EXCELLENCE , this is something very few today understand in Hospitality . Housekeeping immaculate Bar is very in a beautiful terrace and is according to me best in the Riviera as per setting though I never got a chance to sit , nor was I suggested much by the Hotel Yes the Hotel needs a bit of upgrade to the RoomService menu and more active portrayal of its Restaurant if there was one for the evening , I am unaware The hotel is somewhat helpful in suggesting you things but with less confidence , was my feeling , WHY , I don’t know , though their suggestions and material available was up to the mark As per location the station opposite takes you easily on a tour de Vevey and Station just a minute walk takes you to Montreux , but staying here I felt I didn’t need Montreaux as this is one of the best parts of Riviera

We had a wonderful five night stay in September in a lakefront junior suite, with stunning views of the lake and mountains. Our room was pretty and spacious. The hotel has classic old world elegance, and excellent service. Breakfast with that lovely view was a delight. We had dinner twice in the hotel’s more casual restaurant, which was good, and walked to nearby restaurants other nights. The train station and boat dock were easily walkable for excursions. An unusual cold spell kept us from enjoying dinner or drinks on the terrace, but that looked like it would be heaven in warmer weather. We had a very memorable stay.

My husband and I had the most amazing stay overlooking the lake. The staff was so welcoming and spoke great English. The room was spotless and beautifully decorated. We took a taxi from the train station and this was very convenient. Leaving, we took the bus and this was equally convenient. There is a Washateria 2 blocks away and a grocery store and pharmacy directly across the street. We had cocktails at the bar but did not eat at the hotel and service was perfect.
