Well-equipped holiday cottage with swimming pool, whirlpool and sauna approx. 300 m from the beach and town centre of Marielyst.The house is furnished with two separate sections, eachwith 3 bedrooms and a bathroom, providing good space for 2 or 3 families. In addition, there is a cot and high chair in the house.The house was renovated in 2018 with new bathrooms and a scullery, where you will find the washer and dryer.There is a total of 3 bathrooms, all with shower and heated tile floor. There is an energy efficient heatpump.The cosy living room is combined with the kitchen with microwave,fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The living room has a wood-burning stove,stereo with CD and TV.In addition, the house has a sauna and then there is the swimming pooland whirlpool. The pool is 18 m² and the whirlpool has room for 4people.The house is on a large, enclosed garden plot where there is excellentshelter.
