We stayed in unit 1. It had a small kitchen with a full size fridge and a stove. Both were in good condition. The unit doesn't have AC but opening the windows at night would cool the apartment nicely. The bed was very comfortable. The place is very quiet. The shower worked well and Ted and Shona were extremely nice. The only negative was there wasn't many utensils or drinking glasses. This place is highly recommended.

SHORT: Absolutely the WORST customer service of any lodging I’ve encountered. Also, if you’re looking for comfort and quality, look elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and NEVER stay at this run down, dysfunctional facility. LONG: I sent them a message about my stay, but received no reply. I called them and then they gave me the runaround. I followed up with another message, but again they didn’t reply. I then tried to get ******* to contact them on my behalf. ******* tried to contact them THREE separate times and even they never received a reply. Honestly, you might be better off sleeping on the ground or talking to a wall, than trying to deal with this place and these people. My stay here was part of a trip with 10 other hotels/lodgings and this was the WORST by far. You would literally have to pay me to stay here after my experience with this awful place. My experience shows these people to be incompetent, manipulative, and greedy.
