After purchasing the tickets online in advance, we got there in the morning, with our hopes up for a fun day at the slide park. Little did we know that the main recreation area was closed for the day. It seems that it’s only open at the weekend, but nowhere could we find that kind of information in advance.Additionally , the personnel was avoidant and misleading. After driving quite a long way to get there and having purchased the tickets especially for the area which was closed, we felt strongly disappointed when faced with the issue. Having to travel abroad soon, we couldn’t reschedule either, so chose to stay at the weak promise that one of the big slides might open later in the day. Of course, we could have chosen any other pool closer to our hotel had we known the main recreational area only opens seldomly, based on the number of clients present. If you choose to go there, I recommend phoning before setting off in order to get the right information. Good luck!
