酒店設施極其老舊 房間有上位房客垃圾未收拾 進門就有莫名不舒服感 壓抑 恐懼 不隔音 樓下酒吧音樂嘈雜聲持續到凌晨 房間冰箱放在廁所 壓縮機整晚響動 還有其它莫名響動 半夜有人開門 整晚不敢入睡 住過最差酒店 不如國內連鎖 經理不給退款 定4晚衹住了2晚

위치가 정말 좋아서 모든 다운타운의 모든 여행지를 걸어다닐 수 있었습니다.
단 새벽까지 밖의 소음이 들려서 좀 시끄러웠어요

The location is great, right downtown on Government St. The style is dated and you can tell it's an older hotel. The room is small, and almost too tight for two people, but it's good for a single night. They offer secure parking (cost is extra), but it's convenient and you can use until the next day a few hours after checkout.

Cute little hotel that worked great for a short visit for a weekend wedding. The staff was very nice and always available. The rooms are small, but very clean and bonus to have the mini fridge! Would stay there again!

Very appreciative of the staff and how they were able to hold our luggage as our flight was early arrival and departure was after check out. Very convenient. The room is small and not much to it, but it is more than perfect if you are mostly spending your time outside of your hotel. It is in a perfect location, right in the middle of downtown Victoria, which is great for tourism and exploring the downtown. Everything is walking distance

Great close location. Room 21 is a great two bed option overlooking the street. Enjoyed how close it is to shopping and dining options. Parking is a short walk, but was safe and underground. Beds were comfortable. Staff was very accommodating and stored our bags for a few hours before check in.

The age of the building shows. Could do with a remodel and I feel the price doesn’t reflect well. Could stay at the best western for the same price and have much nicer room and amenities
