The location was easily accessible, the staff were very kind. The rooms neat and clean, however the space was crammed, especially the kitchen.

My experience with this hotel was terrible! I booked a room for 2 nights with this hotel. I only booked 1 room thinking that the kids were already included because there are no options for child guest online. When we arrived there, we were informed that they considered my kids (ages 6 and 8 years old) as Adult guest. So I need to book another room good for 2 persons to accomodate my family of 4. So now we have 2 rooms each good for 2 persons. The other day, we requested a new bed sheets because it got stained, but they refused to change it because they told us they change linens only once a week because of the hotel policy to conserve energy and water, if we really want to change it we will have to pay 30 euros something 🙄. The next day, when we get back from outside the hotel, our door was locked already, we were informed that the front desk had booked the other room only for 1 night! All our things are still inside the room! My kids were already lying on the floor outside the room because they are already tired from our activities on that day. I still again need to fix it in the front desk! All in all, our experience in this hotel sucks! Not again! I do not recommend this!

We were coming from Nova Rock and got there quite early. We were greeted by a very friendly woman, who checked us in and gave us a room ahead of time, which was incredible. The washing machines and tumble dryers were a great bonus and easy to use. There's a cafe just down the road by the Spar as well which has great service and a lovely owner.

Отель в общем обычный. Из плюсов: хорошая терраса в номере, есть ложки, вилки, тарелки, чашки, штопор и так далее. Имеется дополнительный диван, на нем может разместиться человек. Номер состоит из 2 комнат. Завтраки неплохие. Из минусов - рядом проходит железная дорога, и шум от поездов слышно даже ночью. Туалет неудобный, сидеть на унитазе прямо невозможно. В общем - удовлетворительно. Но второй раз я не буду останавливаться в этом отеле.

Отличный отель, новый, чистый. Есть все удобства, персонал всегда готов помочь

甲醛味超級重！我入住後喉嚨忍不住咳嗽，我把窗户打開了，但是房間根本不通風，連床上的被子都一股塑料味…… 是我這次歐洲行體驗最差的一個酒店 唯一的好處是挺大的 離Meidling 站近，其實也意味着位置很偏了，而且是得坐u6，比較危險⚠️

除了沒有洗衣機，其他都好

酒店位置方便 門口就係路面電鐵站 要小心搞清楚搭車方向 來往維也納機場嘅話要轉一次車 酒店設計風格新穎 類型偏向青年旅舍 自助check in 但我哋check in嘅時候個password code入唔到房間 要搵職員再處理 最後比左張後備房卡先入到間房 連續住左兩晚無人執房 要自己去前台搵職員攞乾淨毛巾 特別嘅係適逢歐國盃舉行期間 第一晚房間內電視可以正常收睇賽事 但奇怪嘅係第二晚所有直播賽事嘅電視台都被封鎖 原因不明

房間整潔寛敞，有熨斗～很貼心，可以預備衣服去欣賞opera/ orchestra…..,設計也很精緻。

很喜歡loft的設計 各種設施也很齊全 好評 酒店位置不在市中心 距離美泉宮也有一段距離 但是門口就有電車站 總體來説交通是方便的

房間算大， 前台都友善幫忙，可惜床單不是太乾淨 有待改善 還有房間及大門用密碼， 第一次成功，但當晚我再回到酒店密碼用不了，要找前台職員幫手開門

酒店員工的服務態度很好，而且房間整潔，地理位置有少許不方便，但勝在酒店門外有電車站，而且酒店設施很好！有洗衣機和乾衣機，亦有遊戲室和兒童的室內遊樂場。

乾淨整潔，設施齊全，附近有地鐵站。 住的那一棟房子新裝修好，所以有點味道，不過問題不大，整體住起來很舒服，性價比也很不錯。
