Very clean, excellent location and central to everything

Perfect hotel for business trip! The room is very clean and modern, with nice bathtub. The location is great, everything is within walking distance. Would be nice to have a hair conditioner in the bathroom, now there is only shower gel and shampoo. Anyway, I’m sure I’ll be back.

Utterly disappointed with the hotel. Other than the location that was really good, I did not expect a 4-star hotel that came with practically NO amenity in the room for me, and extremely poor service. 1. While I ustd that earlier check-in is subject to availability, at the very least the service staff could inform the housekeeping that there was someone waiting for earlier check-in, and check with them if they could release a room earlier for me. Instead, I was asked to come back to check at the front desk ‘every now and then’ to see if a room was available. 2. When I called for room slippers since it wasn’t made available, the housekeeper came with the slippers knocking on the door. Before I gotta open the door, he opened the door himself to enter my room! Thankfully I was ready to receive him, but that was quite a shock. Disappointing.

Best hotel, most recommended for family, friends, couples. Good location. Everything is nearby
