Best Western Plus Amedia Wien recensioner

Tyvärr var min upplevelse på detta hotell mycket nedslående. Luftkonditioneringen fungerade inte och fönstren var tätade med skruvar, vilket gjorde all ventilation omöjlig. Dessutom var duschen i dåligt skick, vilket ytterligare påverkade vistelsens komfort. Jag begärde ett rumsbyte, men personalen vägrade och hävdade att utcheckningen var samma dag, som om det rättfärdigade att de inte erbjöd en enkel lösning. De brydde sig inte om att erbjuda en hyfsad eller bekväm vistelse. Jag rekommenderar det inte och jag skulle definitivt inte återvända.

Not welcoming staff at all. Despite putting the sign “clean the room” the room was only cleaned once in 5 days and only after complaining at the reception. I asked to clean it again on the 4th day of stay and even asked the reception, the room hasn’t been cleaned. I generally do not leave negative reviews but I felt that my voice needs to be heard. The hotel is not at the BW standards. Having old dirty tissues in the room is not OK. The walls in the room were dirty as well (see 2nd photo). During the night I was woke up by the tv which suddenly turned on. When complained at the reception, was told that they have some networking issues. For hotel in an international city like Vienna, one would expect at least a couple of channels in English/ this was not the case. The lobby is very old and run down. The breakfast was OK but too expensive for what they offer.

Clean and nice room, but the 3rd bed was not so comfortable sleeping in it. The location and service were good.

The hotel is easy to get to from the airport and city centre via public transport. Nothing too fancy in this neighbourhood but it felt safe. There's a supermarket next door for your daily supply. The breakfast buffet was good. The room was clean and spacious with all necessary amenities. Overall good value for a few days city break.

The room was clean and has enough space. The location is OK. You can use public transportation or walk to so many places. And the breakfast was great!

We have found everything that we need in this hotel. Highly recommended for those who do not have very high expectations

Lots of nearby supermarkets. Easy to find but only one connecting bus to Wien Mitte. Good breakfast, spacious room, and free luggage storage after checkout.

It was alright. No early check in but can store luggage so we could tour right away. Initially gave us the wrong room but changed after i highlighted. Breakfast was indeed good but coffee not so nice though. I'll stay again next time.

One of the staff was sooooo helpful and nice! My QBB train cancelled and she helped me with calling the customer service at night. Thanks so much! The room is quiet and clean!

The hotel has an older style and could use some updates, but it makes up for it with a very quiet and relaxing environment. It’s not flashy, but it’s clean and comfortable. One of the biggest advantages is the great location—everything you need is nearby, from supermarkets to cafés and public transport. It’s easy to get around and explore the area. If you’re looking for something simple, peaceful, and well-located, this hotel does the job nicely—even if it’s a bit past its prime.
