According to Austrian procedure, however, the complainant must make an appearance before the police in person. Accordingly, the hotel and its employees are proactively involved in the investigationFurthermore, our employees and the management were transparently involved in the police investigation (CCTV footage, getting door lock information, etc.). No information gathered indicates any misconduct on the part of our long-standing employees. We strictly oppose the notion of a criminal conspiracy.
