HPA Hotel Andreas

The hotel is near the subway and tram stations and points of interest. You can go on foot or take the bus everywhere. The employees are nice and keen to help. We were in a clean and comfortable family room. Breakfast is complete, but sometimes the salon is crowded.

Breakfast was below expectations. The staff was very unhelpful when I forgot a jacket in the closet of the room. I called the hotel 3 days in a row to ask for info about it but they said it was not found. I wouldn't recommend it.

It’s like stepping back in time , you can imagine being on a film set and a load of German soldiers bursting in to search the rooms . Tiny lift takes you up to reception (2 people with luggage). Friendly and helpful staff , rooms cleaned every day , typical continental breakfast. Pleasant Stay . One gripe ….. No Tea or coffee making facilities in the room . Small machine in reception which will cost you €2.50 for a small cup of tea , which was lukewarm at best . Let a lovely stay in good location down .

Spent a very pleasent 4 x nights with friends at the Hotel Andreas in October. It is situated in a quiet part of the city and is only about 10 mins stroll to the Rathaus. The main door is unassuming and is like walking into the Tardis once inside. It is like stepping back in time and full of character. There are two sets of steps on either side of the huge ground floor hallway. The reception is on the 2nd floor which can be a bit of a hike if you have mobility issues. There is, however, a lift with a maximum of 2 x persons. Rooms were cleaned daily. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom had a good shower. The staff were very helpful and courteous and were more than happy to advise on places to visit/where to eat etc. The buffet breakfast was ok and good value for money. I would definitly return.

A friend and I stayed at this establishment for one night. This is a what might be called an old fashioned type of hotel, which was family owned, however the rooms and bathrooms were spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly, helpful and always smiling, which is a bonus these days. The Wi-Fi worked very well and the breakfast in the morning was very good. The gentleman on the front desk who was one of the owners was extremely helpful in advising where to go and advice on using the public transport. I would definitely stay again when next in Vienna.

Le camere sono piccole, il letto matrimoniale è composto da due letti singoli che si aprivano in continuazione, molto scomodo. Inoltre cosa molto grave che il letto matrimoniale poggiava lungo le pareti del muro e quindi per entrarci dovevi scavalcare l'altro letto. Davvero scomodo e non professionale.
