Hotel Hoffinger

This is not a hotel. Please don t go here. Well, i drove 20 hours, i find this on maps, on the exterior the hotel look nice, but what is in the interior is horrible. The girl at the reception doesn't know how to talk to the customer. She is arrogant. I told here i want to book a room, then she show me a room, the room smell terrible, the mobilier was rusty. I ask her to show me another room and the go to a room 202 i think, nothing like the pictures...dust, smell terrible, same mobilier. Ok, i said is kind of ok. And then go to the reception to check in. I give her my id to book the room, and she write my name wrong 3 times. Then i need to park the car...she told me is 20 euro per day. Ok...but she don t let us in the hotel parking spot she told us to park on the street. How is possible this? And then i don t want to do this anymore and i told the girl to do a check out and give my money back(paid with card) because this is not normal. She was on her phone like all our converdation. She told me she can t give me the receipt, i need to go in another day. What is this??? And at least she gave me the receipt with my name wrote wrong..then i told her i need to speak with a manager, and she say is not there, she don t know when he came... is the man who i spoke on the phone about rezervation. I call back that number and the man said he isn t the manager..what is wrong with this hotel???? In the end she say is not her problem, somebody will call me....guess what?...nobody call me. I call them like 2 days and they or don t answer or give me some " i don t know" . I don t stay in that room 1 second, don t touch anything. And she said she can give my money back..i don t know why...4 days later nobody call me, nobody inform me about the solution...this is a scam. And i don t know what tipe of rezervation the girl do, she don t inform me. I will call at the consumer protection because this is scamming, not possible and not fair to the customer.

Siamo stati a Vienna in famiglia per una gita di 3 giorni dal 25 al 28 Aprile. L'unica esperienza da dimenticare è l'alloggio in questo hotel. La reception è inesistente, ti fanno parcheggiare a pagamento e il parcheggio è incustodito e aperto. La colazione lasciamo perdere: non esiste. La prima mattina abbiamo dovuto supplicare che portassero il pane che era finito: ero tentato di richiedere i soldi indietro della colazione. Le camere strette, vecchie e poco accoglienti. Consiglio vivamente di non mettere piede a nessuno dentro questa struttura. Tenete presente che difficilmente mi lamento e normalmente cerco di adattarmi a quello che trovo, ma in questo caso non mi è possibile parlare positivamente.
