Urban Boutique Hotel

The location is perfect as it is located on the main street. The staff are very friendly and helpful both at check-in and when asked for recommendations for activities, restaurants and bars. The newly renovated rooms look really nice and clean.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Urban Boutique Hotel for a solo trip, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The hotel's unique urban chic design created a cozy and stylish atmosphere, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. The room was spacious and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed, including a comfortable bed, fast Wi-Fi, and a large flat-screen TV. I also appreciated the hotel's attention to detail, such as the quality toiletries and the convenient bedside USB ports. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious breakfast served at the hotel's restaurant. The spread was extensive, and I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of healthy options available, in addition to the traditional breakfast items. The staff at the hotel was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. They provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, making it easy for me to make the most of my time in the city. Overall, my stay at the Urban Boutique Hotel was truly fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable stay in the heart of the city.

I had a nice stay there. The service and the price value are very good. The location is perfect directly on the shopping street. The manager Edwin. Was very nice to me. The breakfast buffet was rich and fresh

the room was clean, the price was adequate, I had a good time there, and I wish you the same! located a few meters from the subway and is the central shopping street. I think I will visit there again soon!

Very nice people and helpful. But they are not organized with cleaning and maintenance tasks. Our apartment seemed partially renovated with new and old furniture, that did not bother us, but the bathroom, especially the toilet were not clean. Towels have seen better days, breakfast was so and so, it would probably be a good idea to not serve it and offer a voucher to some coffee shop nearby. We would not recommend this place, we came here because we were familiar with the previous pension called Hargita, which was much much better.

The photos did not match how the room actually looked like. Room was in bits definitely needed a renovation. Room was way too hot, could not sleep at all . Bed was uncomfortable, had to crawl into it as it was pushed against the wall. I was looking for a quiet room after a long day of travelling the receptionist said that all rooms are quiet so I ended up getting a room right beside the kitchen, where the walls were so thin I could hear everything. No water or tea facilities in the room. Avoid does not worth a stay
