Hotel is great in general. Location is excellent. It’s just a 5 min walk from Vienna Central Station (Wien Hbf), you can literally see the station from the hotel. Metro station (Keplerplatz) is just 10 min walk from the hotel. Self check in, room is neat, most importantly noise blocking is pretty good at night. They tidy your room every three nights, but you could always ask for a fresh set of towels at the reception.

Only a short walk to Vienna hbf train station. Tram is nearby, getting around on the tram is easy. Breakfast is very good. Excellent pastry and coffee. Room is big, no mini fridge, no kettle to boil water. However you can ask for hot water from the reception. A very enjoyable stay for us.

Near Wien Hauptbahnholf (10 mins walking). Opposite hotel took a tram to the city centre (Old Town).

The hotel is conveniently located near to the main Vienna Train Station (Wien Hbf). It’s a 3 mins walk away. The bus stops and tram stops are just in front of the hotel. However the metro line is a 10 mins walk away. The hotel is modernly built. The room was spacious and the shower was clean. However the room lacks basic amenities such as a kettle and tea station.

Great option steps away from Wien Hauptbahnhof. Brand new.

The hotel was fine overall and conveniently located close to the train station, which was a big plus. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, so we were able to rest well. However, the room was very basic—no cups, no mugs, no boiler, and no dental kit or toiletries at all, not even the essentials you’d expect. To make things worse, the room was only cleaned after four days, which was quite disappointing. For the price, it definitely didn't feel like good value for money. Would only recommend if you're looking for a short, no-frills stay just for the location.

No amenities, No room service. They don't provide anything. Don't waste your money. I stayed for 7 days but it was a big mistake to book with the name of Radisson. Only the location is good.

Staff were quite friendly and helpful. Location was further away from the centre than I thought but close to trams, station and buses. Room was quiet and very comfortable, only no amenities such as tea or coffee in the room.
