Amazing stay! We really loved the superb location which was a stone’s throw away from the station. Also really close to the mall and tons of amenities. Front desk was helpful and lobby had free water and fruits in the morning. Highly recommended. Haubahnhof. Autobahn. Almdudler. Interspar. 👏

Good and modern rooms. Conveniently located next to metro station for connectivity. However breakfast options were not great and would suggest to skip, considering the price. Also staff seem least bothered to direct or guide us in understanding the layout or even finding cutlery. Reception staff at checkout seem under trained on how to greet or bid farewell to guests. As though they are instructed not to smile.! Would recommend stay.

The hotel was really nice. The room was comfortable and had what I needed. The food was really good, and the prices were reasonable as well. I would stay there again. Now, it wasn’t in the city centre, but it was only a train ride away, 10-15 minutes and the station is close to the hotel, but quiet. The area the hotel is located in, looks like it’s being rebuilt. It’s modern but plain. No where near as nice as the stunning architecture in the city!

Hotel is really close to metro, tho metro takes about 15 mins to reach city centre but it is fine for me. So, it is a good choice if you want a hotel really close to metro. Staff of front desk lacks smile, one is better, the other two are not, I don't feel welcome. The housekeeping staff and cleaning lady look much more energetic. But in general, with this price, it is not bad.

Great hotel! Outside the city center but a very easy commute to all of the main attractions. Next to a mall that opens early. The breakfast was a bit expensive. Ovall I would stay here again. Wonderful value for your money and excellent customer service.

Great location, a stones throw from the metro, bus and tram which is very handy. Great area with lots of restaurants / shops nearby. Very good hotel, comfortable rooms and attentive staff. Would highly recommend staying here.

Second time to stay in this place. Very good service, very clean. Close to transport stations, close to a big shopping center and Close to restaurants.

The hotel was overbooked when we arrived late at the airport. However Bassena managed to offer a room in a nice hotel located near the Opera and waived half of the parking fee. It was the most comfortable stay during our travel to Austria

It's a little on the old side, but it's a charming hotel in a great location. The staff are super friendly and helpful, here. Would definitely stay here again!
