Vientiane Star Hotel

位於萬象市中心地段，出行挺方便！我還以為是個普通酒店，結果不是，好像是客棧之類的，當天萬象定不到經濟型酒店的房間了，衹有這家還有空房就定了2間，結果呢，不能平台付款，去到酒店現金付款每間房比平台預訂時候的價格貴20至30元人民幣，感覺有點不划算！多國人員入住，印度三哥音樂放的挺大聲！

First of this is NOT a Hotel, even less a "Star Hotel", the name is a joke, just like the Australian owner. The place ha a foul smell of mold attached to the walls, the room was dirty and in poor condition. Do NOT trust the pictures showed on Agoda or similar, the rooms are nothing like that... Worst off all was the amount bedbugs. The Aussie insisted they take good precautions against this and never had any problem with this before, he even tried to tell my my bite marks probably was from mosquitoes, I told him I had smashed a bug in the bed, which he said "obviously was an adult bug already and it was not my blood". They did make the effort to change sheets. But that was about it, guess the football game had him hurry back to his little hideout.. I was about to leave right away, but I decided to prove a point and stayed up the whole night killing and collecting bedbugs. If there's anyway to share pictures here please let me know and I will show you the amount I had when the sun came out. needless to say I did a new booking on Agoda for another hotel that night and left in the morning. I tried to argue for a refund for the 2 days that I didn't stay, they said "they will take care of it and have it transferred back to my account", Yea right... I knew right away he just wanted to avoid the situation. But since no money has shown I decided to make a review here, and will do all in my power to make people see what kind of scumbag place this really is throughout internet. For your own sake, don't stay here, there are a thousand better, and cheaper, options around Vientiane. This place is a joke and the Aussie should be expelled from Laos for making the nation loose face with this terrible standard. Absolute disaster. Just a word of warning to anyone thinking of staying there, think again.

Das Zimmer auf Agoda hat nichts mit der Realität zu tun. Die Cancellation wurde auf Agoda geschoben. Die Reklamation via Agoda wird nur Rückerstattet, wenn der Beteiber des Guesthouse zustimmt - was er nicht tut. Das Gelände stank nach Kloake der Balkon auf den Fotos war überstellt als Lager, dahinter war ein Bett von keine Ahnung wem. Der Typ an der Reception kommuniziert nur per Google Translate mit der Besitzerin und gleichzeitig spricht er kein englisch. Zudem hat er eine grässliche Taube als Haustier auf der Schulter. Während unserer Reklamation hat sich ein ungewaschener weisser Typ hinter dem Empfang am PC bedient. Keine Ahnung welche Rolle er spielt, aber er war DER Gruselfaktor. Als Frau würde ich dort schlecht schlafen. wir waren nach dem Checkin kurz weg, als wir nach 1h retour kamen war unser Zimmer geöffnet aber niemand war dort. Das Mobiliar war ultra schlecht, die Betten dreckig, am Boden lag noch eine Socke vom Vorgänger!?!?! Alles in allem organisierter Betrug. Wir reisen nicht das erste Mal, aber das wurde uns zu Bunt. Dreck ist eines, aber ein unsicheres Gefühl ist ein no-go!
