Il Melograno in Costa d'Amalfi

The best place I’ve ever stayed. Il Melograno was everything I hoped it to be and more. I stayed with my girlfriend for 7 days in the most beautiful room of an already beautiful complex. Hosted by the most authentic and good hearted family Teresa, Salvadore, Alessio and Carmen. They welcomed us as family and looked after us as their own providing the best service possible. Staying in the hills of Raito with the views of Vietri Sul Mare was incredible. Everything was as shown in the pictures but better in person. We had dinner multiple times both with the family and as a private dinner with their trademark view point. Both chefs Teresa and Carmen produced some of the tastiest food I’ve ever eaten. Staying at Melograno made this trip what it was and making it my favourite trip I’ve done. I couldn’t recommend it enough and would love to revisit one day. Grazie Mille!

I honestly can't get over of how amazing our stay is at Il Melograno. The room we stayed in has a great view of the coast. The room is extremely cozy. What a way to have a drink in your hand, sitting in your own balcony and admiring the great view in front of you. Or hold on to your drink while enjoying the hot tub/jacuzzi which is also on the balcony. And then, there's our hosts ... Carmela, Teresa and Salvatore. There are no words to express how much we enjoyed their hospitality. They are the best if not the best hosts you can ever have. Friendly and helpful are not even enough to describe them because it's way more than that. We truly felt like we were part of their Italian family. And don't get me going with the food for our nightly dinner. The best tasting food that your palate will ever taste. And imagine yourself having breakfast outside in the middle of fruits/vegetable garden with a view. If you want a relaxing place away from the hustle and bustle of the Amalfi Coast touristy areas, this is an excellent place to unwind after a busy day. We can't wait to go back to this wonderful place again. But just a warning, there's no parking to the main property because of the area it's in. You will have to leave your car in a parking garage and they will drive you to the property just about 5 mins away. This review is pretty much everything you can expect when you stay at Il Melograno. An excellent, comfortable, clean Inn with amazing views and extraordinary hosts.

Beautiful property and hosts were incredibly accommodating and welcoming. Feels like we were visiting family. Breakfast was the best breakfast we had in Italy. Must try their home made marmalades and limoncello. Quiet escape from the other cities on the Amalfi Coast. Will be back, and would highly recommend.

Charming place runs by the most lovely family. When we arrived they gave us the feeling we are part of the family. They immediately offered us aperitif and home made lemonchelo. The view to the sea is beautiful and We had really good Time . Also it was the best breakfast we had in Italy, home made jam, and traditional Italian cooking. We will definitely come back here. thank you very much for your hospitality 🙏🙏🙏

Beh diciamo che non è semplice recensire un posto che non può essere paragonato ad altri.. vogliamo parlare della location? Beh credo di non aver mai visto un panorama simile.. il connubio fra silenzio della natura che ti circonda e lo splendore del mare come sfondo che ti lascia senza parole.. stanze eleganti ma allo stesso tempo di una semplicità unica, nelle quali ogni pezzo che le compone ha una storia sua.. pulizia ordine e professionalità, degne delle aspettative dovute dalle recensioni e foto che avevo visto.. ma, non sono qui a parlarvi solo del luogo in sé, ma di quelle splendide persone che, come hobby lo gestiscono.. vorrei dirvi tante cose su di loro, su Carmen, che fin dalla prima telefonata mi ha messo a mio agio, dandomi tutte le informazioni utili e dimostrando competenza e professionalità nell’organizzare e nel controllo meticoloso di quella che è stata la mia proposta, nonostante non ci fossimo mai visti e non fosse presente all’evento! Alessandro che è di una simpatia unica, sempre sorridente e pronto a risolvere qualsiasi problematica.. ma il mio grazie più sincero non me ne voglia Carmen, va a Teresa, colei che con una innata professionalità ci ha cucinato una cena da lasciarci a bocca aperta ed a pancia piena, preparando piatti con un tripudio di sapori locali e con l’amore che solo una mamma di famiglia può fare.. lo stesso amore con la quale in modo educato e silenzioso, si avvicina al tavolo e ti chiede come sta andando, riempiendoti la bocca di sorrisi.. concludo poiché non voglio dilungarmi troppo dicendo: se non vi fidate delle recensioni, fidatevi di loro.. Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte in questo hotel è stato tutto bellissimo servizio stupendo camera grande e spaziosa con vista sul mare e una vasca idromassaggio stupenda. Colazione super buona e la signora che ci ha accolto gentilissima. Sicuramente ci torneremo
