This hotel is excellent. Friendly and accommodating staff, particularly the gentleman at the front desk. The location was great. Rooms are very clean👌 AC was cold. Food was great too☺️.

The hotel is new and clean. Very accessible to the tourist spot. However there is no elevator.

Nice hotel, although having the bar open late to 2am from Friday to Saturday & 4am on Saturday to Sunday meant a constant flow of people either arriving or leaving, some must have been wearing clogs or diving boots, as the noise was unbearable....kept me awake until 5am Sunday morning & our room was at the opposite end of the building from the bar. The bar snacks were good, breakfast on Monday took nearly 45mins to arrive, so coffee was already finished 35mins previously! Not certain if it's true, but there was a photography session ongoing on the ground floor on Monday, the photographer was also the chef, so suggest the chef books his photography sessions once his chef duties are completed...just a suggestion...not sure who does the ratings, but seems to me hotels can claim to be anything they want...this was more 3* than 5* from my experiences

The hotel is newly built so it’s still fresh. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Beds and pillows are very comfortable, I didn’t want to get up in the morning😆The staff were very friendly and accommodating too. The only thing that we weren’t happy about was the low water pressure. If you’re looking for that refreshing shower after a long day, this might frustrate you. And the location is not central but parking is not an issue. All in all we still loved our stay and will definitely stay again.

The room was okay, however I booked suites room and when we arrived the receptionist said the suites room was not available anymore and she will upgrade our room. When we enter the "upgraded room" it was actually down grade compared to the room that I booked. The rooms needs to have block curtains, they only have blinds which you will be forced to wake up early morning because of the light. Toilet and shower needs deep clean, there are stains everywhere. Customer service was very poor, no security guard when we visit, they have restaurants and when its dinner time no one assisted us, we asked the receptionist she told us to go to alfresco, which is at the hotel parking area with just few table and chairs with a lot of mosquitos and no waitress/waiter to be found. I felt very disappointed and treated not a guest at all. We ended up going to center of vigan and eat their.

Me and my hubby were scrolling through social media trying to find a new place to stay in Vigan for our vacation. While scrolling we stumbled upon Le Dream Hotel and was immediately impressed with their offerings. Yes, they are quite a bit around the outskirts of Vigan but we were okay with it, since we would rather have a less crowded place to stay in. We didn't have to worry about food since they have an awesome menu of local cuisine here in Ilocos. There were also nearby food outlets and convenience stores. Overall, I am super glad we chose to stay here instead at the center of the city. We liked their bar and their food a lot. Totally would recommend, 5 out of 5 for overall experience. We'll be back!🫶🏻

We are avid travelers and we have been to Vigan many times already. Previously we have been checking in hotels around the Calle Crisologo area, but overtime we have come to realize that as Vigan gets busy, the streets get crowded and parking is difficult. Lately, our family is looking for some place with big parking lot, and a bit less crowd. That's where we found this gem! LE Dream Hotel offers a secured and wide parking space for their guests just like us. They also offer a serene place to stay if you don't want to be in busy streets and crowded places. Yes, they are 8-12 minutes from the famous street, but they also offer Shuttle Service for drop-off and pick-up around the clock, so no worries on that one! Overall, our stay was pleasant and our room was awesome. Service was great and the people at the hotel are hospitable. They always greet people with a smile and special mention to Czarina at the Front Desk for providing us a smooth check-in experience! Will be coming back again here! 5/5 💙.

My family I were looking for a place to stay in Vigan for a short trip. I was able to book this trip through Agoda for a great price. This hotel is very clean and super accommodating. It’s near the main attractions of Vigan City as well. I’m very grateful that my family and I were able to stay here during our visit. We will definitely be back!

Very clean and very comfortable. Slept well and all the service was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I will high recommend this place to anyone staying in Vigan City. Thanks again for the good memories. I'm looking forward to coming back again.

I stayed at Le Dream Hotel when it was first open. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They made sure to cater to my every needs. The rooms were very luxurious and comfortable and the air conditioning was heavenly in the Philippines hot weather. Also, super comfortable pillows and blankets! Lastly, the food and drinks were amazing and super fresh. Would definitely recommend going here for your next Vigan stay!

One of the best hotels in Vigan. Really enjoyed our stay here. Bonus points that breakfast & food is superb. (bagnetsilog & vermicelli negra were my faves) Special mention to Darryl (Front Desk Supervisor) who’s very proactive and hospitable. Til next time! 🩷

We had last minute booking and late night check in and the hotel was very accommodating. Rooms were very clean and had most of the essentials (water, coffee, toiletries). We were a bit short on toiletries but they were willing to give more. Breakfast was amazing. Will stay here again
