Our room on the first floor (2nd floor in US) was not big but adequate. Since it faced the street, we expected to hear a lot of road noise at night ,but it was relatively quiet. The WiFi in our room was not consistent. We arrived at 1:20 pm and were told check in time was 3 pm and our room would not be ready until 3 pm. Others guests were told the same. Miraculously, all the rooms became available exactly at 3 pm. She was not the friendliest person, but the two people after her were much more friendly. This property reminded me of the Moxie brand hotels you find at European airports- simple, basic but functional.

Loved our one night here with superb room ,great breakfast and the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff ,also we passed a lovely afternoon on the sun terrace and made good use of the jacuzzi. i feel a bit mean giving 4 stars but i just thought it was a little expensive. would definitely stay here again but book a bit more in advance to get a better deal.

The hotel had attractive decor, was clean, modern and in a convenient position for exploring Vigo (lots to see!) on foot. I had a spacious apartment for my one-night stay, including a large comfortable bed, a separate living room and a bathroom. It was nice to have a living "happy plant" in the bathroom, with the hotel stating feng shui principles had been used in design, and that every room was different. It was quiet. The windows above the desk were adorned with a lovely landscape photograph. They, and the bigger curtained windows, had a courtyard and hotel swimming pool view. As there were people using the pool and sunbaking, I had to keep the windows closed most of the time I was there in daylight. The desk had power sockets, which I always appreciate - and it's not the case everywhere. Wi-Fi worked well. There were great tv choices, for example, I watched a Lord of the Rings movie. There was a fridge and a safe. No electric jug, but possibly they would've given me one had I asked. The bathroom had a large sink, but not much bench space for toiletries, while the shower was good, with the temperature easy to adjust. (No bath, and tissues weren't provided.) My stay was on a Sunday which meant while cafes and restaurants were open, supermarkets and other stores weren't. I had a reasonably good room service meal at the hotel, and a good Spanish beer. The breakfast was just ok - no salad or potato dishes, mostly meat, cheese and sweets (maybe cereals, can't recall). Staff were helpful, particularly the woman on the night desk (the man who gave me a map earlier, and directions, was perhaps very busy, and less engaged). Overall, the hotel was good value and a good choice.

Can I give a score of 6/5? This hotel was truly our home away from home for 2 weeks while my mother was in hospital recovering from surgery. Often when you stay somewhere for a long time you start to see the faults of a place. This hotel has no faults. The staff are truly exceptional. They constantly attended to every request we had, from printing and copying documents for us, bringing us wine when needed, calling a taxi for us, maintaining the utmost cleanliness of our room, and providing a great breakfast every morning (even providing a picnic breakfast when we had to leave at 5am). They even put up with us non-Spanish speakers without complaint or problem. The only thing that was tricky was the dimensions of the underground parking… bring a small vehicle!

Obwohl die Tiefgarage nicht unbedingt eng war, hat mich die junge, freundliche Rezeptionistin in das Parkhaus eingewiesen. Sehr angenehm, vielen Dank! Das Hotel war sehr ruhig, wahrscheinlich auch nicht so viel Gäste. Die Strasse hört man kaum! Großes Bad mit Dusche! Zum Frühstück gab es auf Wunsch auch Eier!
