Santorini Mozambique

Every activity we undertook, every interaction we had with staff, every meal we ate; every single aspect of our six night stay was wonderful. The views are breathtaking and the villa is classy and elegant without ever feeling stuffy. We utilised the many comfortable spaces, feeling like we were in a private home. Abel looked after us so well. He remembered our drink and food preferences, and was unobtrusive and friendly with his outstanding service. The activities were well organised. We added on a canoe trip in the Govuro Wetlands as well as a bird watching and fishing trips ((external organisers) which was well worth it. Island hopping, snorkelling Two Mile Reef, beach picnic, sunset show cruise; all excellent. Meals in multiple locations using fresh, local ingredients were outstanding. Especially the vegetable garden experience. Amazing. We have been fortunate to travel the world and stay at some wonderful accommodations, but we think this must rate as the best ever boutique and personalised experience to date. We can’t recommend the accommodation and the staff highly enough. Thank you for such a great time in such a friendly country. We wish you all the very best for an happy Christmas.

Such a beautiful place. We were blown away by the views. The team were excellent and ensured we had the best stay - nothing was too much trouble. Highlight was the boat trip to the island where we spent the day snorkelling and enjoying an amazing private beach picnic. Looking forward to being able to visit again in the future.

We chose Santorini to celebrate my husbands 50th birthday, what a great choice! The Chapel was incredible, the week was magical and we all had a wonderful stay. Lucy in reservations worked extremely hard to accommodate our every wish ahead of our stay. The team in Mozambique were phenomenal and we will always recall this as one of our best family holidays.​ Absolutely nothing was too much trouble and the staff were a delight. A true hidden gem and somewhere we will recommend and return to for sure.

We had a truly wonderful stay at the Santorini Mozambique. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with warm smiles, cold drinks and such attention to detail in making our time there truly amazing. We stayed in The Chapel and it was beautiful - an amazing space with enough room for all my family. The food, snacks, messages in the butter and even the napkin art were amazing - all expertly served by our Butler, Sergio. The lunch in the vegetable garden was beautiful, our boat trip to Bazarutto amazing and the spa was serene and the treatments were great. We did not want to leave but did so with such beautiful memories of a wonderful place. Just visit - you will not regret it.

My daughter and I spent several days at the Mozambique Santorini Resort to relax at the end of our safaris. The view from our room beautiful and the service superb. They fed us delicious meals with daily choices. We loved our lunches at the beach. Our boat ride and time looking for sand dollars is a great memory. We had some of best massages we ever experienced at the spa. I wish the resort were closer so I could go more frequently. We were taken care of from the moment we arrived at airport until we went through airport security to leave. I hope you get an opportunity to experience the pampering we had while at this resort.

Santorini was incredible. The staff took care of us from the second we arrived at the airport. We were able to choose what time we wanted to eat each meal, all of which were amazing (thank you to Chef Russell and his team). The flexibility to choose our own activities each day was great - we enjoyed the fishing, the dhow ride and the island picnic / snorkeling day. The guides were all fantastic. Each guest is assigned a host who takes care of you for your stay - our host Pedro was incredible! The hotel itself is quiet and beautiful and was the perfect place to relax on our honeymoon. We will be back!
