Beautiful hotel. Convenient central location. Great characterful Spanish style room. Central courtyard and breakfast area. Swimming pool. Good breakfast buffet style. Reception spoke some English. Quaint and lovely town a beautiful place to visit.

Hotel very professional staff all the time ,so clean , walkable,good facility inside ,clean pool and sauna, kitchen breakfast so delicious , gardening in good shape and beautiful , thanks for all you do to keep my family happy , overall I recommended this hotel for family.

Lovely hotel, nice room. Staff very friendly. I recommend to have the breakfast there. Very comfy bed, air dryer, shampoo and conditioner available. On the other hand, the service of the shuttle bus requires a phone call to book it after you pick up the bags at the moment of arrival. So, if you don’t have a possibility to do that, it’s a big problem. Would be better to do it over a WhatsApp message since there is free wifi at the airport. Keep in mind that it is far from the downtown in Amsterdam and if you need to go there, a shuttle bus from the hotel will take to the airport so you can take the train to the downtown. Also, each trip from the hotel to the airport with the shuttle bus cost 23 euros/room . During our stay, the shuttle bus came 25 minutes late. The rest of the times they were very punctual.

The hotel is a 5 minutes walk from Villa de Leyva's main plaza. The village is a lovely place. The hotel has a lot of charm, with big rooms that are very nice decorated. Minifridge in the room. Our room had a big bathroom with shower and bathtub and good toiletries. Indoor swimmingpool and restaurant with good breakfast and possibility to sit outside. Very clean. Friendly. Recommended. Just 1 negative point, we only stayed for 1 night...

The hotel is conveniently located 2 blocks away from the main plaza. We got a front facing room which conserved some charm from antique buildings with a closed balcony and vaulted ceiling. The room was very nice sized, the bathroom had both a shower and a tub and lots of natural light. Everything was very clean, although I could do without the shaggy rugs I feel are not as sanitary. The hotel is very spacious and well maintained and has an indoor pool and restaurant. Check-in was quick. Not so positive things to consider: -It is a bit noisy and you can hear everything happening in the inner courtyard. -Complimentary bottle of water would have been nice specially since there is a "do not drink water from the faucet" sign. -While the bed was pretty decent, pillows were TERRIBLE, I felt I was sleeping on a rock and I saw people checking-out with their own pillows, which makes me think it was not just my room.

We stayed for 4 nights over Christmas. Overall a nice friendly hotel in a good location a few mins walk from the main square. Rooms are large and have some character, with nice high ceilings. Breakfast was simple but very good. Fresh fruit followed by eggs and arepas, with plenty of coffee. Staff were excellent. Only 2 problems. The safe in both rooms wasn't open and both times they took a very long time to open it. This should be checked so it is open before every visit. And second problem is that this lovely hotel is damaged by signs everywhere! It was crazy. I counted 7 signs in our room. And even more by the restaurant doors. Please please get rid of them all. Just give us a sheet of instructions when we check in if you must. But I really don't need a huge sign in my bathroom showing me how to wash my hands or telling me to do it every 4 hours! Apart from that very good. But the signs take away from the relaxed atmosphere.

Très bonne expérience dans cet hôtel très bien situé ! Notre chambre était grande et confortable avec un petit plus pour une ambiance romantique, une cheminée l’éthanol ! Excellent accueil et service et surtout une grande gentillesse de la part du staff. La piscine couverte était très agréable après une journée de visite mais il faut penser au bonnet de bain. Mon seul regret est de ne pas avoir vu les perroquets qui viennent le matin apparemment vers la salle du restaurant.

Lindo hotel, ubicación cerca plaza central y museos. Excelente servicio de todo el personal, recepción, restaurante, camareria. Habitaciones con camas cómodas, baños limpios. Desayuno delicioso Tiene parqueadero, spa, piscina, jacuzzi, observatorio Muy recomendado
