Avevamo letto diverse recensioni negative ed eravamo un po' prevenuti, invece ci siamo trovati bene! Camera pulita, lenzuola e asciugamani puliti, tutto funzionante. Staff gentile, ragazze delle pulizie simpaticissime. Il punto forte è la piscina, enorme, pulita, tranquilla e immersa nel verde. Le recensioni negative che avevamo letto sono eccessive e non veritiere.

Where do I even begin with how poor this hotel was. I had dinner here the first evening and all of the food was stone cold and there was very little variety, nor was the food in any way fresh. The bread was very stale and everything else was soggy. This does not even compare to how poor the rooms were. There was no hot water and the shower pressure was almost non existent. A workmate of mine opened his door and the handle came right off, even though it was not his fault he still did not get his €20 security deposit back. The floor was alive all sorts of insects, they were not just on the floor, they were in my bed, under the wet mattress and the room smelt very bad so when i opened the window all the insects friends flew in. Breakfast the next day was equally poor as dinner, i just wanted some fruit, but the only options were either fruit that was rotting away in a basket or peaches and pine apple in water. I decided to simply skip breakfast, I heard from friends that the bread was stale and the eggs were also very cold. Please do not waste your time here, I will certainly never be coming here again, nor should you.

After entering the hotel my expectations were pretty high and after a couple of hours there i can confidently say they exceeded the expectations.Upon leaving the restaurant after dinner i was greeted by a very polite looking fat bald man with a mustache.He was the receptionist .He told me that he needed to do a very thorough search on me in case i was bringing anything illegal into the hotel.For some reason he first took me into a very dark room.At first this search seemed kind of strange since i have never heard about something like it but i just went along with it since i had nothing to hide.As he said beforehand he was very thorough.Altough i thought it was strange when he started grunting while searching around my groin area,which was the part he was the most thorough with,but he convinced me it was all part of the procedure.He was touching me for about 2 hours and kept making weird sounds the entire time.After it was over i just went back to my room.I've stayed in a lot of hotels over the course of my life.But i never had such an experience,where the hotel stuff were this much worried about the security.So if you are concerned about being safe this is for sure the place to go.All of the workers there were very polite.The waiter constantly reffered to my black friends as "negri sporchi" which i was told was a sign of respect.Overall i would recommend this hotel to everyone,the rooms were ok and the food was great,but the best part was thath everyone working in the hotel was very pleasant,handsome and VERY serious about their job.

Don't be fooled by the 4 star rating on the front of the building. This was one of the worst experiences I've had in a hotel. I love going to Italy so I was really excited to go. I went here with my performing high school friends, ready to sing, dance, act and have fun. As soon as we arrived from our very long journey, we waited 45 mins for us to be addressed to our rooms in the scorching heat. When we got to our rooms, we were shocked. The floor was dirty, same as the walls, it was quite crowded and there were flies everywhere. The air conditioning wouldn't work because of the cheapskates that are the staff. There was poor quality of soap and hygiene, and no towels to wipe your hands. The windows were broken and there were broken lamps. But the thing that finished me off was the shower, there were 2 doors THAT WERE BOTH SEE THROUGH. At that point I started sobbing because I realized how long I'd have to deal with this. And some people had the rooms worse. The food was so mediocre and basic I barely ate anything, the staff was no help when my friend lost their bags so my friend had to hunt for it themselves and the staff only provided us with sparkling water overall. The pool was our escape but even that was dirty and there was no shade. We went to beautiful towns and sites over the days but the majority of us, myself included, threw up/collapsed from the heat, and the staff didn't do anything when we got back. If it wasn't for the amazing people I went with, I wouldn't have survived in this place. Final message: PLEASE DON'T GO HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!

A shocking hotel not to be approached not even jokingly, disgusting rooms, disgusting dining room, disgraceful service, representatives at the reception do not know half a word of English in addition the cleaning lady of the room stole 450€ from my safe and the hotel did nothing with it!!!!! Don't leave anything valuable in the room if you don't want it stolen Do not approach this hotel❗️❗️❗️❗️

Pool closed most days due to lack of lifeguards and non existent bad weather. Room locks that break and lock guests out of their room. Rooms fall apart with showers not draining, switches breaking and dead flies when we arrived. Underage patrons were also served alcohol at the bar without ID’s being checked

allow me to provide an essay guiding you through our stay. upon arrival at the hotel, the warm scent of manure was ever present in our noses. despite this, we were able to take in the surroundings (by this i mean a decrepit sign displaying 4 stars and absolutely nothing else) and then enter the hotel. the cabinet displaying football trophies and statues of large women in strange positions were, although confusing, not unwelcome, so we continued on through the bar (which was unattended and smelled of urine) to the garden and pool outside. the floor was dirty, the tables were dirty, the chairs were dirty and even the air felt dirty. alas, we had not yet lost all hope, so we made our way to the rooms upstairs. we entered room 641 (not the only room with these issues!) and it was too much to take in all at once. we were once again greeted with the smell of faeces, albeit human this time. the wood of the door was rotted around the lock, and one of the hinges was broken. on the subject of doors, the toilet door was made of frosted glass that was almost entirely transparent, and the shower only had a frosted glass stripe! the shower was in an alcove separate from the toilet room, therefore anyone who decided to use it (despite the stomach-turning smell) was completely visible to anyone who wanted to use the toilet or sink. also, there was a hairband containing hair next to the sink, confirming our suspicion that the room had not been properly cleaned. moving on to the second half of the room, there were shelves with gaping holes and huge stains on them, which i would be able to ignore, except i’m not blind. the walls were scratched and one looked like something had been ripped off of it. i couldn’t tell if the floor had a thick layer of dust and grime or if that was just the colour an actual person had chosen. the same goes for the beds and curtains, which were a disgusting mustardy colour. however, we were distracted from this by the holes (presumably cigarette burns), stains and hairs on the bedsheets. we were provided with one pillow each, which were so flat they may as well have been sheets, and the mattresses felt like concrete. in addition, the tv did not work, only one of the windows opened (inwards!) and 2/5 plug sockets worked. the strip light above the windows made a buzzing noise when turned on, so we were usually forced to resort to the shower light, the switch for which was on the side of the sink, or the light above the beds, which was blinding. the towels had the consistency of toilet paper, and only some of them were replaced during the day. we were provided with multiple small bars of soap and sachets of shampoo rather than any bottles. when we returned back to the room after the first day, only one bed had been made, and throughout the week only one bin was emptied. also, there was a €50 charge for anyone who vomited and didn’t clean it up themselves. thankfully none of us did, but this charge must have been a big money-maker gi

Don’t be fooled by the 4 star rating plastered all over this hotels promotions because this was anything but a 4 star experience. Upon entering the room i was greeted with the awful stench of sh*t. It wasn’t even a vague smell, it was one that slapped you in the face as soon as you opened the door. On top of that, the shower also had a bad odour to it, the drains just smelt bad. Although, the smell did go away after the shower had been used. I felt unsafe in my room as the room door was broken. The hinges on the door were cracked and the lock didn’t work properly we could lock our door however it would unlock as soon as you pulled the handle down from the inside. It also looked as though the door was falling apart and we all wondered how long it’d be before the door fell off the hinges. Aside from that, there were stains everywhere in the room - in the shelves, on the walls, on the furniture and in the bedsheets. All of the bedsheets had either a stain, a hole or some hair in it which was unpleasant so we took the top covers off of the bed and slept on the mattress. One of our windows was broken and wouldn’t open with the handle just spinning around instead of opening the window. There was also the remains of a squashed spider behind the curtain which was slightly uncomfortable to be sleeping under. This wasn’t too much of a big deal but our tv also had no signal and we had no channels available to us at all whereas some people on the other rooms were able to access multiple channels. In terms of catering, the food wasn’t terrible however it wasn’t great either. The bread was incredibly tough and tasted almost stale, there weren’t a large amount of options that weren’t seafood but they did great pesto pasta. Breakfast was alright, there was a large variety of items and they did amazing croissants however my scrambled eggs were cold and i found bits of shell in it whilst eating. The outdoor facilities were great although we weren’t able to use the pool for a while due to the storm that we experienced. The staff were friendly and made the experience slightly better.

Our rooms generally not cleaned properly. For example water stains on tiles and mould round the bathroom edges as well as lots of marks on walls. In addition the shower did not drain properly. However, the pool was nice. At breakfast and dinner the buffet had a good variety of food although the packed lunches we got weren’t great. Overall definitely not 4 stars.

Came to the hotel for a week in June with my football team (as there is a football complex in the hotel). I've read the other reviews before coming and I was really afraid of the stay. But, I was surprised. The reception men and women were really nice, The room was nice - not the newest furniture or facilities, but it was really nice and fine to sleep/take a shower and etc. Food in the hotel was also nice (We had 3 meals a day) - I didn't expect much, and it was fine. There is a big supermarket 5 minutes walk and a good restaurant as well. I would say that the wifi in the rooms is very bad, and should be improved. Youtube barely worked - Netflix and other streaming services didn't work at all!!
