We are positive that the space we offer is worth every penny and even more. There is a pool, tennis courts, hot tubs, pool table, covered parking, and BBQs. It's a vacation! It's your choice. This space is "our space"; it has a unique sense of Europe. It's very clean and very comfortable. We minimize the use of chemicals in all of our personal spaces at home; bleach very rarely; almost all of our house is cleaned with vinegar and baking soda only. The same is true in this unit. We clean it ourselves: It is spotless. We personally attend to every detail. This is our unit. We own it and operate it. Alicia and I treat this space as though we live here. This is not being handled by a management company. You will deal directly with us. As we both have our own jobs, there may be several hours delay in getting back to you; but, believe me, we will.
