Large, comfortable house "Miranda", 2 storeys, semi-detached, surrounded by trees and fields. On the outskirts, 150 m from the centre of Villamagna, in a quiet, sunny position, 45 km from the sea. Private: natural garden, swimming pool (above ground) (7 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower, pergola, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 150 m, supermarket 12 km, restaurant 4 km, bar 250 m, bus stop 200 m, sandy beach "Marina di Cecina" 45 km, thermal baths "Casciana Terme" 27 km. Riding stable 2 km. Nearby attractions: Volterra 14 km, San Gimignano 25 km, Pisa 60 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. Please note: Owner lives in separate semi-detached house. This House is great for bigger groups. View is absolutely amazing. Ower is super kind and helpful. Pictures are old and garden is much much better! Swimingpool is bigger, deeper and there is nice taras around. We had lovely stay there. Of you are looking

Sehr gepflegtes Haus und Garten, sehr freundliche Eigentümer. Pool ist in einem top Zustand. Alles vorhanden was man für ein Ferienhaus benötigt. Einziger kleiner Mangel: es gibt keine Klimaanlage.
