The hotel itself is very cool and quaint- great decor built into a rock. Very cave like and low light ambiance. The community area is a big space and comfortable. We played games there and had plenty of room. The actual rooms are small and have very low ceilings in door ways ( my husband had to duck his head). The food was mediocre. Staff was friendly. Wifi doesn’t work well, but in fairness it is in the middle of nowhere and hopefully you are on vacation and not working! The water pressure and water heat was great the first night when there wasn’t many people in the hotel, but no hot water the next day when the hotel was much busier. All and all, I’d stay here again.

Very disappointed. Tiny rooms with openings so small I hit my head twice on the door just trying to go to the bathroom. The bathroom fixtures were wobbly, and the ventilation poor. The internet was dropped repeatedly and the food was too basic even by standards of remote hotels in Bolivia.

We were impressed by its friendly atmosphere and excellent service. While the rooms are basic, they are clean and comfortable, providing everything you need for a pleasant stay. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome, adding a personal touch to the experience.

Carla checked us in at quite a late hour, but was very helpful, with an excellent command of English. Rooms were quirky, carved into the rocks behind. Dinner & breakfast buffets were limited, but perfectly adequate. Very clean & we enjoyed our stay very much.

Everything was fantastic! This is such a cute hotel with a lovely staff! The rooms are very comfortable, the food was great, and everyone was very hospitable towards us. The staff also speaks English very well (for those of us whose Spanish may be a little limited). We would definitely recommend a stay here if you are in the area!

Good dinner and breakfast (including vegetarian option which was sautéed veggies (fajita style but without tortilla). Comfortable rooms, but no heating in rooms. There is a thick blanket though so we didn’t feel cold, but another couple felt very cold in their rooms. Hot water is luke warm and bathroom can sometimes smell But overall good stay, especially given that we’re out in a remote place

Great hotel, brilliant staff, tasty dinner and breakfast! Hot water and internet in the middle of ! We adored staying here and wish to come back! It was really strange to visit such a good place in that location We were only one guests in that hotel and staff were so friendly!

We had a very nice stay in this hotel. Friendly personel that took good care of us. Dinner and breakfast was of good quality and more then sufficient You may go here when you are around. Nice to take this route back if you are coming from the Salar de Uyuni.

We stayed a night here as part of a guided tour in Bolivia. The situation of the hotel is very pretty and peaceful overlooking a water stream and lamas . The room is very gloomy and small. The bedding was so heavy that it was difficult to be comfortable. The bathroom ok had hot water . The cleanliness of the room wasn’t great as many cobwebs.The decor is local but whole hotel felt cold in atmosphere not temperature and the staff were not particularly friendly apart from the lady on reception.The food was very basic and plain . Bread was hard . Breakfast was ok nothing special. It lacked warmth somehow.difficult to explain
