Above Ville San Sebastiano, 2.5 km from the centre of Ville San Pietro, 21 km from the centre of Imperia, in a sunny, elevated position on a slope, 20 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: beautiful, well-kept terraced garden with lawn and wildlife garden, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.). Outdoor shower, patio, pergola, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: bicycles available. Parking on the premises. Shop 4 km, supermarket 16 km, bus stop 310 m, sandy beach "Imperia Borgo Marina" 22 km. Local sale of farm products. Please note: part of the house is closed and unoccupied.
