위치는 바다앞이라 좋긴한데. 생각보다 객실 컨디션 좀 떨어져요ㅠ 바다전망 아니였으면 더 실망했을것 같아요. 서비스는 전반적으로 만족 합니다.

The hotel is located just outside Antibes. It offers simple rooms and adequate facilities, and most of the staff are friendly. We had a very good experience until a sour episode on the morning of June 28th. My wife was unwell, and I requested an extension for our room, offering to pay for it. The receptionist allowed us to stay until 1:00 PM, but that wasn’t enough. She was inflexible and unprofessional, refusing to accommodate us further because other guests were supposedly arriving soon. Despite my attempts to explain the situation and request to speak with her manager, she rudely insisted that my sick wife vacate the room. Adding to the frustration, when my wife and I left the hotel at 3:30 PM after having lunch there, we noticed that our room had not been cleaned, and no new guests had arrived. The urgency she claimed was clearly unfounded. Staff members like this, who lack empathy and customer service skills, damage the reputation of hotels and ruin the experience for guests. Since I was not allowed to speak to the manager, I am leaving this one-star review as my direct message to the hotel. Your receptionist missed the mark this time and should aim to do better in the future.

Horrible!!!! I have been with my wife for dinner and really it was was not good at all! First of all I have ordered linguine al vongole the I SPAGETTI I asked why? they said they don’t have linguine anymore( we are talking about a restaurant in hotel) then I changed for a rib steak and it was the worst! I’ve asked for the medium rare they brought it rare so I had to stay for roughly 1 hour waiting for my meal then they just say sorry !!! Then we paid and they came after us asking if we did pay!!! So pls guys it’s a scum you will not get for your money pls pls pls to avoid this restaurant and this place! Wanted to share my experience with you ! Thank you

Absolutely Amazing! Just came back from it, and couldn't wait to provide a review about this impressive hotel in Nice. Make yourself a favor and book a deluxe oceanfront room, the view is just unbeatable, you are literally in the ocean, and you will hear all day the sound of the waves practically hitting in your room (in the good way). Waking up to that view, is the most amazing feeling you can experience, and if you add to that the excellent customer service from all the staff in the hotel, from reception to restaurant (Big Shoutout to Victor our waiter in the restaurant, amazing kid, very attentive and always with a smile in his face), the unbeatable location right on the beach and close to everything, the convenient free parking included, the complimentary breakfast, and the terrace, then it's an extremely powerful combination. Now, mention apart deserves the restaurant itself. What an amazing restaurant, right on the beach which makes the view out of this world, but the food itself, the flavors, the taste, the freshness of the seafood, just unbelievable. If you are staying there, no need to go eat anywhere else, restaurant itself pays for the stay, and if you are not staying here (big mistake), make sure to visit that restaurant, it is a must in Cote d'Azur! We will be back for sure, had an amazing experience and no need to look for someplace else to stay in French Riviera, this place has it all.

The location is exceptional, right on the beach. You lay in bed and hear the waves crashing outside, really special. Unfortunately that's where the good part ends. The rooms are simple, comfortable and clean but lack any charm or soul. The hotel lacks atmosphere. The breakfast is very standard and presented like a 3 star hotel. It is not a 4 star place and for 350,- per night it's really not worth it. We also had cold showers during our stay. The first time we told the receptionist who said she had to reset the hot water heater. The second day, I had a hot shower that went cold about 2 mins in and never came back. My daughter showered cold both days. Another very strange procedure at this hotel - they take a 200,- hold on your credit card. There is not even a mini bar in the room, but they do this in case you damage the room. Then when you go to check out, they have to first go inspect your room before they give you the money back. I have never ever had this treatment at a hotel. And there's nothing to take but a towel - the hairdryer is fastened to the wall. It's a small hotel for couples so where's this mistrust come from, plus it is 350,- per night. It just left you with a bad feeling. If you do stay here, don't stay on the beach in front of the hotel - there's no facilities. Take a 10 min walk to the other side of the marina and there's a nice beach with service (beach beds, food, etc). Plage de la Batterie. We rented beds and had lunch at La Playa - very nice! I do not recommend the hotel, maybe with a new owner the place will change. The location is really incredible and that's what they charge for, the rest is 2 maybe 3 star quality.

Found out that hotel is totally owned and managed by Russians. In this world situation, I don't want to use similar hotels. Pictures in web are better than reality. Hotel is situated in not so nice area. Trail way nearby and only few restaurants.

It’s an amazing little hotel. Well worth the money as right by the beach!! Stunning views over the marina and open sea. So so nice!!! Rooms are very spacious, with comfortable bed. Water replenished every day and loccitane complementary toiletries are superb!! Breakfast spread is very generous. Hot and cold food was very yummy! Nicely situated only 15 min from the airport, 10 minutes to Antibes town. Nice and Cannes are close by also. Would definitely stay there again.

Rooms are newly updated, large non-traditional towels, sheets and pillows good quality, good sound insulation, high quality bathrooms, new mattresses, quality floors. Rooms that view the sea are the best choice. Breakfast "buffet" was wonderful. I think location is fine, regardless of weather. Literally "on the beach". Can be pricy if not booked in advance, but possibly non-sea view room is alright. Staff and Management are competent. I could write more, but my wife felt this was one of the best hotels between here and Menton. She loved being on the water, and could just stay all day and night looking out at the sea from the room. WIFI weak as can be.

Hotel liegt an top Lage direkt am Strand, näher kann man dem Meer nicht sein. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend. Wir hatten ein Standartzimmer mit Meersicht im Erdgeschoss. Zugang zum Zimmer über die Terrassentür. Alle Zimmer im Erdgeschoss sind so zu betreten (wenn man also den Vorhang nicht zuzog, konnten andere Gäste direkt ins Zimmer schauen beim vorbeilaufen ä). Wir hatten, zum Glück, das zweithinterste Zimmer … somit wenig „gewandere“ vor den Zimmer. Zimmer in braun-/beigetönen, eher einfach gehalten. Im Badezimmer wenig Ablagefläche. Wirkt schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen …. Hotel scheint komplett in russischer Führung zu sein. Besitzer freundlich. Zimmermädchen sehr sympathisch. Das Servicepersonal beim Frühstücksbüffet wirkt jedoch sehr lustlos und ein lächeln huscht kaum jemals über die Lippen ….. das Frühstücksbüffet sollte man unbedingt genug früh besuchen (ca. um 8 Uhr). Später herrscht dort Krieg. Zu wenig Plätze vorhanden (gewisse Gäste gingen mit ihren Tellern zurück aufs Zimmer) und das Büffet wurde nicht aufgefüllt… oder seeeehr lange nicht…. Parkplatz gratis aber eher klein. Vor allem mit einem grösseren/neueren Auto evt nicht die beste Wahl, je nach Belegung. Restaurant hat eine Top Aussicht. Essen war lecker. Verhältnismäßig jedoch eher etwas überteuert. Strand vor dem Hotel nicht ganz so sauber. Zudem nicht flachabfallend, was für Kinder schwierig sein könnte. Bei EG-Zimmer zudem immer Strandbesucher direkt unterhalb der Terrasse. Um selber an den Strand zu gelangen, muss man das Hotel durchqueren, kein direkter Zugang. Die 4-Sterne sind eher gut gemeint. Lage definitiv 5 Sterne. Restaurant 4-Sterne. Personal und Frühstück 3-Sterne.
