The location is great (if you have a car), and the staff is extremely friendly. Even if you check in at midnight, the staff is willing to help. The room is spacious, clean, and bright. The breakfast is tasty. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay experience.

Good location to stay one night while driving around Black Forest towns. About 25 minutes or so from Triberg and 5 minutes from Villingen, another Black Forest town with a beautiful cathedral and a Franciscan monastery. We booked a rate with breakfast included and parking. Rooms are nice, there are usb outlets there which are useful if you are from another country. The restaurant is closed for dinner on weekends but they can serve pizzas and flag breads. That worked out for us with kids, as we didn’t want to drive anywhere for dinner.

The hotel was nice and the room was nice too, always happy to find a kettle to make a cuppa. It seemed the only language spoken was German, but we could get by in German, luckily. The day staff were always correct, but one evening after parking the car and asking the man at reception to validate our ticket, he was most put out, it was too much work for him, and there was no smile or friendliness, really not the right person to work at reception!! The cleaners were lovely, and did a great job in the room everyday, everything was as it should be. The breakfast was very good, a good selection, but I did wonder why the tea was hidden away around the corner away from everything else. I hadn't seen it and had to ask where it was.

Excellent customer service Tanya from front desk helped me with multiple request. The restaurant meals were delicious. Room was very large, new and comfortable. Only 20 minutes from Black Forest and quick 10 minute drive to village main plaza. Highly recommend.

Staff gets A+ for service. Janice at reception was so helpful with every request. Food here is excellent. Recommend the Caesar Salad. Room is large, brand new and clean. Bar open 24/7. Good location of you want to explore Black Forest. Definitely recommend.

Chambres spacieuses et très bien équipées. Personnel très agréable. Petit déjeuner varié. Restaurant classique pour ce genre d'hôtel. Possibilité de séminaires dans de grandes salles. Peu de places de parking gratuites devant l'hôtel mais un parking payant tout le tour avec un tarif spécial pour l'hôtel (ticket à présenter à l'accueil).

Schitterend hotel, ruime schone kamers, goed bereikbaar, en modern interieur. Het restaurant was uitstekend. Je proeft en ziet duidelijk dat er een goede creatieve kok in de keuken staat. De kalfsrollade gevuld met een spinazie-crème en rösti schijfjes met een tomatensaus smaakte uitstekend. Alle gerechten waren erg mooi opgemaakt. Op voetbalavond heeft de dame achter de bar heel hard gewerkt om iedereen snel te bedienen. Zij verdient een groot compliment. Ontbijt was ook prima, met een ruime selectie aan etenswaar. voor ons was dit hotel een aanrader!

Primeiro ponto é que só faz sentido ficar neste hotel se estiver de carro pois ele é longe do centro e ao lado de um complexo hospitalar (bem moderno e bonito aliás). Também fica relativamente perto de um complexo industrial. O hotel parece novinho, super bonito, quarto de ótimo tamanho e super confortável e bonito. Café da manhã bem gostoso. Tem sauna seca, escalda-pés e sauna infra vermelha além de lugar de descanso e uma pequena academia. Ponto a melhorar - não tem carregador de carro elétrico por enquanto, espero que providenciem em breve.

Che dire… pessimo, in tutti i sensi. Scappare se potete. Prenotiamo su Booking una camera per 3 persone, assicurandoci che nella stanza fossero presenti un frigo (per riporre medicine) e una macchina del caffè. Entriamo nella camera e … UN DISASTRO. Mancavano gli asciugamani, i piumini erano SPORCHI (allego foto), il frigo era stato staccato (nello spazio apposito solo dei cavi) e nessuna possibilità di farsi un caffè e… il terzo letto era UN DIVANO CON LENZUOLA. Chiamiamo in reception per chiedere gli asciugamani mancanti e ci viene detto DI ANDARE A PRENDERCELI DA SOLI! In un 4 stelle? Roba da matti! Dormiamo su letti duri come il cemento e la mattina andiamo a fare il checkout. La signora alla reception ci dice che oltre il nostro prezzo di Booking l’hotel addebitava altri 20 euro! (Senza averci detto nulla prima) perché il divano aveva sopra le lenzuola. Sennò l’alternativa era dire al nostro arrivo che ci saremmo messi le lenzuola da soli e in quel caso non ci sarebbe stato addebito. Noi ovviamente BASITI!!! Viaggiamo moltissimo e mai abbiamo avuto in esperienza tanto deludente. Non torneremo mai più e spero che tutti quelli che leggeranno questa recensione possano avere la possibilità di non venirci per niente e risparmiarsi un esaurimento nervoso.
