I had booked this resort paying hefty amount during christmas - new year week and i couldn’t believe that the room was not even cleaned up and they made us checkin in unhygienic environment. To add it up we got 9 lizards in the room and had to call housekeeping to come and clean. Reached out mm t but they said that you talk to the hotel because hotel won’t refund any amount. U went there with family and a 3 yr old kid with me, i couldn’t sleep whole night scaring what if any snake or something could enter in the room. After returning back from the trip mm t took this issue like a garbage and treated me like a fool customer, the funniest part is without any call they say that they are closing the issue since i had not responded to their calls and closed the ticket without any apology forget about refund. We go to these platforms to save some amount but those things mm t has left far behind. It’s better to switch to other third parties or straight go via hotel bookings at least you can fight with hotel in this case and get the amount. In my scenario they played out equally leaving customer frustrated
