The reception desk was not open, and despite the booking notice, I did not receive a code for the front door to get in. There is no zircon in the room, so you had to leave the window open, but over the road are pubs with loud and late music. The area apparently is a red light district too. It was not unsafe, but noisy and though the night. One night I was woken at 3am with noise outside. In the room, the shower nozzle holder was loose, so you had to hold the nozzle. One of the sliding glass doors of the shower didn't work, the light inside the entry to the room did not work and there was no switch for the bedside lamp. The TV was not switched on and there was no remote control for it anyway. Location is great for the railway station and into the old town. Price was OK, but overall not great.

Terrible hotel communication. Booked 2 rooms by phone, received confirmation by sms, later on hotel cancelled our reservation by sms, at0:17 am. not answering to any phonecalls. Similar situation as for other reviews- confirmed price for 50 eur/room, cancelled and added 250 eur/room on booking. Strong recommendation to avoid such hotels.

Very nice cozy hotel with a distinctive "old" feeling to it. Located at walking distance from train and bus station as well as the nearby city centre. They do not offer breakfast which is not a problem due to the abundance of restaurants and coffee shops in the area. Also they do not seem to have any receptionist but you can enter the hotel via a code provided by the staff prior to arrival. Highly recommended!

We booked the room in good time via e-mail and received a factual confirmation of our reservation. However, when we arrived, we heard from the staff that no reservation had been made. We showed the printed email where they confirmed the reservation, but the staff claimed it was fake and threatened to call the police. We found out later that there was a big concert in town at the time and there was a shortage of hotel rooms. So the hotel had rented our room at a higher price to someone else and left us without accommodation. You should be careful when dealing with them, we also heard that they used to act like this more often.

We arrived at 5pm and there was no reception to check in, and no way to get into the building. Eventually we called, at which point a very condescending and unhelpful man answered. We were informed that without a local phone number we couldn't use the parking. He was incredibly rude and un-understanding and just kept saying that everything wasn't his problem. From the first moment of the phone call he was mean and combative, as if it was a huge inconvenience that I was calling him. It ended up taking us an hour to check in and get parked (which we managed with the help of a girl who worked in a nearby shop), and really left a sour taste on our one night in Vilnius. We could have stayed somewhere much nicer and cheaper, and chose this place because of the parking and the fact that it was a "proper" hotel so would have a normal reception and check in would be easy. Apparently we were supposed to have received an email giving check in instructions, but we didn't, to which his response was that this "wasn't his problem". So disappointing.

Há muitas avaliações antigas aqui e devo ter reservado este lugar baseado nelas. Dizer que há café é falso. Atualmente, não há,mas localiza se em frente ao mercado e tem restaurantes e cafeteiras por perto. O lugar não mudou, então cerca de 10 minutos aos terminais. Mas não há recepcionista,o que diz aqui haver. É úm problema fazer check in ou check out,pois há de pagar a taxa de tur5778ismo. E a camareira?Limpa só por cima e troca as toalhas. Emi 5 dias penso que apenas 1 vez arrumou a cama.E está vazio. A estrutura é boa,mas com o que fizeram, vão fechar, o que me deixa triste.

Man residiert in kurzer Distanz zur Altstadt. Es sind nur 300m bis zum ‘Quasi-Tor‘ zur Altstadt – dem Tor der Morgenröte (Aušros vartai). Alexa ist ein durchaus stilvolles, eingeschossiges Gebäude aus dem frühen 20.Jh. und unser Zimmer war sehr ordentlich. Größe, Sauberkeit und Ausstattung waren OK. Unser Pkw stand (kostenfrei) hinter dem Haus auf einem großen Innenhof hinter gut verriegelten Toren. Etwas ärgerlich war die Tendenz der Leitung zur totalen Digitalisierung. An der Rezeption findet man nur ganz selten einen – allerdings sehr freundlichen – Herrn. Ansonsten erfolgte die Kommunikation von der Buchung bis zum Auschecken nur über Internet und Telefon. Bei unserer Abreise gab es da ein größeres Problem, dessen Lösung leider sehr viel Zeit und Nerven erforderte.
