My bus arrived 6am. And the reception open 10-8. So I have to sit in the street waiting for the coffee shop to open. Find a place to sit. Even I came back 10:45. The door still closed! I called the number on the door twice finally the manager called me back to give me the code. Actually I did not see the staff there after 5pm. The facility is very old! The washer is not working!BTW I was try to ask the staff a simple question unfortunately she doesn’t understand English!

Très beau séjour au Pogo hôtel. L’accueil était très accueillant ! Je conseille fortement. L’auberge est très bien située. A deux pas du centre ville avec un super parc juste devant. Dans l’ensemble la ville de Vilnius est très sympa ! A faire

Solo hablan ruso, nada de inglés, y tampoco tienen ningún interés en hablarlo. La mujer que limpia es un amor, aunque no habla inglés esta con una sonrisa y siempre dispuesta a ayudar. La encargada de recepción pasa par de horas por allí al día, recuerdo que hubo días que ni la vi porque no va. El problema que de me dio fue que en el hotel esta prohibido fumar y yo obviamente respeté esa norma a rajatabla. Yo salía a fumar a fuera cuando quería, pero la última vez no quería terminar mi cigarro y lo apagué a la mitad, y lo llevé conmigo apagado hacia dentro del edificio. Al día siguiente estaba durmiendo y la responsable entro para hacer sus comprobaciones. Yo debía de hacer el check out y me hablo de muy malas formas entre lituano ruso e inglés porque resulta que me había pasado unos minutos de la hora de salida por lo cual me disculpe educadamente con ella y salí del edificio lo antes posible. Cual fue mi sorpresa que a las horas recibí un correo con un sobrecargo por pasarme de la hora de salida, lo cual lo puedo llegar a entender, aunque en mi opinión no fue para tanto, teniendo en cuenta que en otros hoteles te dan 30 minutos de cortesía en caso de cualquier imprevisto… me llegó una “multa” XD de 80 euros a ingresar a la cuenta del hotel por fumar en la habitación…. Que pasa no facturáis suficiente que tenéis que robar a los huéspedes de alguna manera y no sabéis como? Obviamente no pague ni una ni otra. Mejor suerte la próxima vez con otro… conmigo no os funcionó
